**Fair Market Value (FMV) residual is used on a true Operating Lease, offering the most flexibility. Customers can “expense” the monthly payments versus capitalize them. This is great for budget issues, bank covenants, short term contracts, cash flow and for those who want to stay ahead of the technology curve. At the end of the lease, customers can purchase the equipment for Fair Market Value, re-lease, turn the equipment back in for newer technology or walk-away. We’ve even built in a fixed buy-out option allowing them to purchase the equipment before the end of the contract if they know you’re going to keep it.

Other terms (12 to 84 months) and options (leases, loans, rentals, skips) available upon request and can be customized on a deal by deal basis. Easy application-only process up to $350,000 per lease schedule.
