HPX

When time really is money, the HPX produces up to 5000 uph so you can produce morecards in less time. Whether it be GSM, contactless or dual interface, the HPX can be configured and expanded to meet your specific requirements.

FUNCTIONAL SYNOPSIS

• Cards are unloaded one by one from standard magazines and fed onto the conveyor belt. Process stations are mounted in- line, along a central longitudinal beam

• Cards are transferred to an electrical test station to check suitability for further processing (optional)

• Optionally, up to 4 mag stripe stations permits magnetic stripe encoding at the entry of the equipment

• Each card is lifted on one of the fixed heads card stations to be personalized - these 16/32 stations permit contact/contactless and dual interface personalization

• Defective cards are replaced sequentially or at end of batch

• Once cards are personalized, a final electrical test checks that all cards are present at equipment outlet and in good sequence by comparison with the personalization batch program (optional)

• Cards may be graphically personalized using ink jet or laser before or after testing

• Up to 3 rotation units allow printing and restacking of cards on both sides

• Electrical personalization is controlled by the NBS PERSOFT software application.

• HPX can be configured to process contactless or dual interface cards by adding RF stations that are also controlled by the NBS PERSOFT / PDM software.

Additional stations can be installed on request to extendmachine functions or capacity either at time of delivery or byretrofit.
