    SC1 2018-2020 WP - FIRST SET OF PRIORITIES

    Horizon 2020 SC1 Advisory board adopted a report for next WP on 3 June 2016,

    recommending:

    • Continue some of the focus areas currently implemented

    • To set vertical (e.g. rare diseases, non-communicable diseases, Public Health

    and prevention…) and horizontal priorities (environmental health, e-Health,

    integration of care…)

    • To concentrate on several cross-cutting challenges (bringing innovation from lab

    to market, foster EU-13 participation, gender…)

    • Set fixed priorities for 2 first years and more flexibility on 3rd year

    EC stakeholder consultation closed on 15 July 2016
