The data centre has two clusters located on the 1st floor, approximately 1,000 sqm each.

The building itself consists of G+1 storey and 2 basement levels and roof. The building is of mixed use providing facilities such as offices, conference rooms, car parking and amenities.

HRC has access to high-speed data connectivity in redundant ring architecture. It follows best practice for physical, operational and data security, delivering high performance to meet your business requirements.

HRC infrastructure is designed to have no single point of failure and is fully managed 24x7x365 using advanced intelligent software and hardware systems.

HRC is custom designed to accommodate diversity in cooling load and remote management techniques, including command control centre where a Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) system with artificial intelligence is deployed for real-time management of the facility to ensure that HRC delivers optimum performance without wasting energy.

SECURITY & SAFETY

MONITORING

• All access to the facility is recorded in the entrance logs that are maintained by on-premises specialised team

• 24x7 site accessibility with facilities designed for handling large/heavy equipment

• Security camera recording period (30 days)

• Onsite BMS platform enables the Control Room staff to monitor the functioning of all electrical, HVAC, security, fire, access and CCTV systems 24x7 for fault alerts, monitoring, water leakage detection sensors, maintenance and management of regular operations

• Access control with intruder alarm system to monitor all external doors and critical areas

FIRE PROTECTION

• Raised floor system of Non-combustible material with antistatic finish

• Smoke and fire detection system and fire suppression system installed

• FM 200 gas is used for critical rooms inside the building, for transmission room, battery/rectifier room & switching rooms. The suppression control panels were individually installed outside the entrance of each critical room

• Portable fire extinguishers distributed across the data centre for small, locally controllable fire incidents

HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING (HVAC)

• Overall cooling capacity of 1.3MW with density of 4KW per rack

• Humidity control between 20% to 80% as per ASHRAE standard

• Temperature ranges from 18 °C to 27 °C as per ASHRAE standard

• Front to Rear, Hot and Cold AISLE arrangement with Cooled Air supply below raised floor and controlled with perforated floor tiles

• Energy efficient CRAC units with EC fans built-in humidity control system and data loggers

• Computer rooms are provided with pressurised treated fresh air and ventilation system

Our Data Centre support team will help customers with the access authorisation/entry procedures to the facility to ensure right access privileges are granted to customers or staff based on their responsibility and scope of work.

The onsite support team supervises and assists in all installation activities carried onsite and report all kind of faults to the concerned.

Our team will manage all logistic items such as trolleys, tools, UTP patch cables, power strips that are required to facilitate customer provision requirement.

Our services include:

• Managing customer service calls tickets and incidents till closure

• Providing 24x7 support portal assistance

• Providing various network cable patching requirement

• Managing customer equipment movement

• Providing basic/advanced Remote Hand service, which can be from simplest reboots to swapping out the hardware as per the customer’s instruction
