Universal Orlando/Islands of Adventure OrchestraPerformance DayFull Orchestra Members: Your uniforms should have been unloaded off of thetruck after you arrive at the hotel. You should come dressed in your uniform as wedepart for Universal Orlando. Be sure you bring a change of clothes following ourperformance. You will reload your uniform on the rack in the truck for transportationback to Hoover High School. Make sure you have all of the parts of your uniform arein the garment bag.

Arrive at Universal Orlando/Islands of Adventure. You may travel as you wishbetween the two parks, but you may never travel alone. You will each receive one(1) meal coupons for your meals during the day at Universal Studios. You will needmoney for one (1) meal while at Universal Orlando/Islands of Adventure if yourequire additional food. Be sure that you have your chaperone business card if youneed to contact a nurse or your chaperone.
Full orchestra members should go to the Penske truck and unload equipment.Meeting for warm up will be in a short amount of time.

Thisis right by where the orchestra performed. Be on time for boarding so that the entiregroup is not waiting for you to show up for departure.

After you are checked-out,take your luggage out to the Magical Express Desk next to the check-in desk. Youwill need the luggage that was tag put on your door this morning. You will not seeyour luggage again until we get home at the Akron/Canton Airport. Take your carry-on luggage with you. You will receive $10 for breakfast (or a snack) at the Airport(included).
