Directions

1. Cut brown paper into a 3”x5” rectangle. Draw a brick pattern on the paper and roll up to make a cylinder slightly smaller than the large green pom pom and glue.

2. Pull apart cotton ball and glue around brown paper to look like snow.

3. Glue ribbon on the inside of the paper cylinder.

4. Glue large green pom pom to the inside of the paper cylinder, leaving it half sticking out.

5. Cut the pipe cleaner in half and glue the halves to the top of the pom pom about ½” apart.

6. Bend the top of the pipe cleaners about 1” down to make them look like the Grinch’s feet.

7. Hang on your tree!

Lifesaver roll

Small pack of gum

Rolo

Chocolate kiss

Small candy bar

4 peppermints

Cotton ball

Glue (hot glue gunworks best)

Directions

1. Glue the lifesaver roll to the side of the gum pack.

2. Turn Rolo upside down and glue to the top of one end of the lifesaver roll.

3. Glue small candy bar to the top of upside down Rolo.

4. Turn chocolate kiss upside down and glue on the other end of the lifesaver roll.

5. Glue the peppermints to all four sides of the gum pack for the wheels.

6. Pull the cotton ball apart to look like smoke and glue it to the chocolate kiss.

3 popsicle sticks

Ribbon

White paint

Paintbrush

Glue

Decorations (jewels, glitter, sequins)

Directions

1. Paint popsicle sticks white on one side and let dry.

2. Glue the sticks together in the middle, making a snowflake shape.

3. Glue ribbon on one end to hang. 4. Decorate!

Christmas Lights Card

Supplies

Paint: green, red, blue, orange, yellow

Paper folded in half

Black pen

Directions

1 Draw a swirly line across the folded paper for the string for the lights.

2. Have the child dip their pointer finger in different color paints and push them along the blank line. You can do the colors in patterns or have the kids do it randomly!

You can also make other projects with fingerpaint Christmas lights! Like gift tags, wrapping paper, and this cute picture frame!

Directions

1. Trace mouse shape provided onto a foam sheet and cut out. Make slits on the foam sheets where it is marked on the template.

2. Trace the mouse ear shape provided onto another color of foam sheet and cut out.

3. Insert the ears into the slits on the mouse and insert the candy cane under the mouse. 4. Glue on googly eyes and pom pom nose.

Directions

1. Trace your child’s hand prints and cut out.

2. Glue the hand prints to the bottom of the bag, opposite the side that the flap is on.

3. Glue googly eyes and pom pom on and decorate!

Two colors of felt(9”x12” sheets)

Popsicle stick

White paint

Ribbon

Paint brush

Glue

Directions

1. Paint one side of the popsicle stick white and let dry.

2. Cut two ½” x 12” strips of the felt for each color.

3. Put one strip of each color together and roll until you need to add the second two strips. Glue the strips onto the end and continue to roll the felt. Then glue the end down and glue to the front of the popsicle stick. 4. Glue a ribbon to the back of the lollipop to hang, and make a bow and glue underneath the lollipop on the stick for a cute finish.

Large jingle bell (2”)

Cotton balls

Red foam sheets orpaper

Pom pom

Ribbon

Small goggly eyes

Scissors

Hot glue gun

Directions

1. Tie the ribbon around jingle bell. Make sure your ribbon is longer than the length of the hat with enough at the end to hang.

2. Cut the red foam sheet/construction paper into a quarter circle to make the hat. Roll your quarter circle into a cone and glue with hot glue. Attach to the jingle bell with hot glue. Make sure to pull ribbon through the opening at the top of hat before you glue it.

3. Pull apart some cotton balls to make the beard and trim around hat. Glue onto jingle bell. 4. Glue pom pom to the top of the hat, making sure not to block the ribbon opening for hanging.

5. Glue on googly eyes, then hang your Santa ornament on the tree!

Supplies

Adult-size white sock

Rice (approx. 3 cups)

Buttons

Rubber bands

Orange pipe cleaner

Jingle bell

Fabric

Glue and scissors

Directions

1. Cut sock at the heel.

2. Turn the top of the cut sock inside out and rubber band one side. Turn right side out again.

3. Fill with about 2 cups of rice and rubber band to make bottom of snowman body. 4. Fill with remaing 1 cup of rice and rubber band the top.

5. Take the toe of the sock and roll a few times to make a hat for the snowman.

6. Glue or sew a jingle bell to the end of the hat.

7. Cut the orange pipe cleaner to make a carrot nose and glue on snowman’s face. Also glue on the buttons.

8. Use a piece of fabric to make a scarf.

Craft sticks: two large, three medium, and two small

Green and brown paint

Directions

1. Paint one of the large sticks brown about 1” at one end and the rest green. Then paint all the other sticks green. 2. Take the large stick with the brown end and place it vertically as a base for the other sticks.

3. Starting with the large green stick, glue it horizontally on the vertical stick. Then glue the medium sticks, and finally the small sticks at the top. 4. Once the sticks are dry, decorate with pom poms, glitter, or whatever you would like.

5. Glue a ribbon to the back on top to hang.

Directions

1. Trace your child’s hand print and cut out.

2. Make 2 holes, one at the top to tie the ribbon, and another just above the thumb to tie on the antlers.

3. Glue a pom pom at the end of the thumb for a nose. 4. Cut the pipe cleaner into three pieces (6”, 3”, 3”). Put larger piece through hole above the thumb and twist around to secure. Twist the shorter pieces around both ends of the longer piece to make an antler shape.

5. Tie ribbon at the top so you can hang it on the tree.

6. Decorate to finish reindeer!

Yourself

Supplies

Construction paper

Cotton balls

Child’s picture (8” X 10”)

Decorations (glitter, stickers, jingle bells)

Scissors

Glue

Directions

1. Take a picture of your child’s face and print it about 8” X 10”. Cut out.

2. Draw an elf-shaped hat that will fit the size of the picture head. Cut out.

3. Cut out a rectangle for the body. 4. Cut 4 stripes that are approx. 1 1/2” and the length of the paper. Then accordian fold all four stripes of paper.

5. Fold two pieces of paper in half to make the mittens and elf shoes. Draw the mittens and shoes to match the size of the stripes of paper that are for the arms and legs.

6. Glue all the pieces together.

7. Decorate hat with cotton balls and the rest of the body with decorations of your choice.
