    2.1 Main Case

    2.2 Side Case

    1. Side cases are adhered on the main frame

    to the Hopper and Stacker direction. The case

    No. is Hopper side case and No. is for

    Stacker.

    1. At the front direction, remove 4pcs of No.

    , spherical head screw on the main

    frame.

    1. At the back direction, remove 4pcs of No.

    , spherical head screw on the main

    frame.

    2. Remove Flat Cable which is connected with

    Main board.

    2.4 Main Board

    1. Remove No. spherical head screw on the

    bottom of main frame at the Hopper direction.

    2. Remove the connected cables while lifting

    the main frame.

    1. Remove 6pcs of No. spherical head

    screw on the bottom.

    1. After removing the connected cables, lift the

    frame clockwise on the No. axis.

    2.5 TPH / HEAD Block

    1. Turn the No. - type screwcounterclockwise and remove the clamp screw.

    2. Remove the cable which is connected to No.

    TPH module.

    3. After removing clamp screw and the

    connected cable of TPH module, separate the

    module in the arrow direction.

    1. Remove 2pcs of No. spherical head

    screw on the main frame for HEAD Block.

    1. If you remove separated TPH and HEAD

    Block, it can be divided like the right picture.

    2.6 MS Module

    No.Pressure Roller is important for MS working. Get the Roller to move smoothly on installing.

    1. After removing fixed MS Pressure Roller,

    remove No. MS Module set screw and No.

    Flat-Cable which is connected to MS Module

    and Main Board.

    1. The parts related to MS Module are like the

    followings.

    1. Remove No. screw of the back Frame

    and No. MS Head Pressure Roller.

    2.7 IC Module

    In case that the pressure of No. IC Contact is low, it might not work normally. In order to raise the

    pressure of Contact, move No.Solenoid Module to back direction and make pulling power strong.

    1. The instrument, which is connected to No.

    Solenoid and No. Contact Board, works as

    making Solenoid rectilinear motion and Contact

    Board up-and-down motion.

    1. No. cable is connected to IC Contact

    Board.

    2. No. cable is connected to Mobile SIM

    Board of left bottom in front of Hopper.

    3. No. cable is connected to CN15 Connect

    of Main Board.

    1. The related parts with IC Module are like the

    followings.

    2. No. Board is Mobile SIM Board.

    3. No. Board is IC Board.

    4. No. Board is Contact Board.

    5. No. Board is connecting Module of

    Solenoid with Contact Board.

    2.8 PAN Module

    The function of PAN is to cool down the temperature of TPH surface. As the space between Block and PAN,

    dont give a shock at the top of PAN.

    1. Remove 4pcs of screw fixed on PAN Block.

    1. In case of changing PAN from PAN Block,

    remove 4pcs of No. screw and separate it

    with Block.

    2.9 Card Guide Module

    The tape of No.Cleaning Roller is consumables and can be used as changing if necessary.

    1. No. Guide for Card Thickness is equipped

    in the front of Hopper and Antistatic Brush is

    connected all in one.

    2. It sets up the thickness of card as turning

    No. gauge left and right.

    1. The Guide for Card Thickness consists of

    right pictures module.

    2.10 Hopper Module

    Please be careful not to give a shock to the bearing to connect Main Frame with Roller Shaft on disassembling.

    If the bearing is damaged, it might not work normally.

    1. The Roller of Hopper Module is special

    Roller which has Embossing treatment.

    2. Removing Hopper Module is like the

    following.

    -. Remove the screw of Hopper Guide

    connected to both side of Main Frame like No.

    .

    -. Disassemble the parts such as Roller, Belt,

    and gear.

    -. Disassemble the Hopper Guide of Main

    Frame, broaden the Frame and remove the

    Hopper Module.

    1. If removing Hopper Module, the parts are

    like the right picture.

    2.11 TPH UP/DPOWN Module

    2.12 Belt Module

    No.Tension Bearing controls the tension of Belt and sets No.Belt to have proper tension. In case that the

    tension of No.Belt is not proper, Jitter can occur on MS Read, Write. Also, the tension of No.Belt is

    not proper, a horizontal line can occur when printing or the printing quality can be debased.

    1. It consists of total 5pcs of Belt of 4 MX Belts

    and 1 TN Belt.

    1. No. Belt connects 3rd Roller and Printer

    Roller.

    2. No. Belt connects Main Feed Motor and

    Printer Roller.

    3. No. Belt connects 1stand 2ndRoller.

    4. No. Belt connects Card Feed Motor and

    4.1 Main Module Name

    No.Printer Head can be high temperature in use. Please be careful. Also, in case of jam, please make sure toturn off the printer power and remove card jam. Otherwise, it can be reason of problem.

    1 Cover Open the cover for replacing ribbon and removing CARD JAM.

    2 Ribbon CoreIts for installing color/mono ribbon. If putting ribbon cartridge slightly,

    ribbon cartridge is installed.

    3MS Head

    (Option)

    Please make sure to get MS Head not to be damaged.

    4 Color sensor It detects the boundary of color ribbon.

    5 Stacker Printed cards pile up in Stacker. Maximum load is 50.

    6 LCDIt shows printer status on color LCD. Please refer to LCD instruction for

    detail function.

    7 ButtonIt supports the range of ribbon and cards ejection. Please refer to the

    instruction for button for details.

    8 LED It shows the present status of printer with convenient LED.

    9 Hopper

    HODOO printer supplies Hopper of card a piece or cards in a row. In case of

    supplying cards in a row, open Hopper to the front and file up several cards.

    Also, if equipping Hopper guide, it prevents dust from go into the card.

    10 Guide

    It controls the thickness of cards. If the card Guide is adjusted wrongly, cards

    over 2 can be inserted at the same time and card jam can occur. Please be

    careful.

    11 Smart Card

    Contact(Option)

    Its for Smart Card Contact.

    12 TPH Head300DPI TPH Head. Head. If something sharp is touched on the Head, it can

    be damaged. Please be careful.

    4.2 Switch and Ports

    It uses DC 24V(2.5A). In case of adapter lacking capacity, it can be a

    problem.

    3 USB port USB port. It supports both USB 1.1 and 2.0.

    4 Serial port Extra Serial Port.

    Please use the Power Supply of appropriate standard. If you use the Power Supply of substandard or against

    standard, it can be a reason of malfunction and trouble.

    Other ports except for above 4 ports are equipped for supporting printer function. They arent supported in normal

    model.

    Button Function

    Feed It makes all the sensors in the Path work and removes cards on path.

    Ribbon It finds printing start point(Yellow) of color ribbon.

    PowerOn + Feed button Self Test mode

    For combination with Power, it works only in case of pushing the button over 3 seconds.

    Clean Card is consumables. In case that inner roller has a lot of dust, please use Clean Card for cleaning.

    5.1 In case that printing status is bad

    Problem Expected reason Solution

    Printing Error

    Printer Power off Check the Printer Power.

    USB cable is not connected. Check connected status of USB cable.

    No cards on Hopper Supply cards and try again.

    No ribbon or out of ribbon Check installed status of ribbon.

    Not using SIP-30 printer driver Check printer drive in printing.

    Faulty of printing

    status

    Surface of cards is rough or cards

    have alien substanceUse cards of which surface is smooth.

    The thickness of cards is out of

    support

    Printing status cannot be good if using the cards out ofstandard thickness.

    Supported card(thickness) : 0.25mm ~ 1.60mm

    Break of ribbon

    The thickness of cards is out of

    support

    Check whether the thickness of cards is within printer

    support. In case of printing on the cards out of standard

    thickness, ribbon can be broken at the start/end point.

    Too much high temperature of

    TPH Head

    On printing in a row, if the head is high temperature,

    ribbon can be broken. After cooling down printer head

    temperature, try to print again.

    The value of No.11 Parameter 11 Check if the value of No.11 Parameter is set up too high.

    Card jam

    Card supply problem from Hopper

    Make the cards of Hopper not to have static or moisture.

    Adjust card guide of Hopper entrance and make the cards

    to be supplied smoothly.

    File up proper quantity of cards on Hopper.

    Check whether to be alien

    substance on the inside for cards to

    move.

    If there is alien substance on the inside, remove it.

    In case that cards are

    supplied as

    overlapping.

    Adjustment of card guide isnt

    set upSet up the card guide as much as the cards thickness.

    5.2 In case that MS working status is bad

    MS Read/Write Error

    Wrong set up of LOCO/HICO Before MS Write, check if the command of LOCO/HICO

    is normal.

    Alien substance on MS head Clean head and printer roller with Clean Card.

    5.3 In case that Smart IC status is bad

    Smart Card working

    Smart Card Chi is not connected

    with PC

    After turning OFF/ON the printer power again, check if

    the Smart Card is connected normally.

    Contact position is not correct Use the program which can find Contact position

    automatically and setup correct Contact.

    Smart Card driver isnt installed. Install Smart Card driver.

    Shortage of Contact Solenoid

    pressure

    If the pressure of IC Contact Solenoid is short, problem

    can occur because of incomplete contact. Adjust Solenoid

    position and setup Contact pressure higher.

    5.4 Error code and solution

    5.5 TPH Module Replacement

    - Removing the pin of TPH module

    - Separating TPH module

    Remove the fixing pin of TPH module in Head

    block.

    Pull the released TPH module.

    Separate TPH module with the connected cable and

    remove it.

    - Assembling New TPH module

    Assemble the TPH module in reverse order of

    disassembling.

    After completing TPH assembly, write the resistance

    value of TPH (ex, R=3229) in ToolBox.
