Honors Program For all students who are interested in

a challenging high school experience. Students take honors level classes as

they desire, to meet their goals and interests.

Great preparation for college! Students receive weighted grades for

use in the calculation of GPA. All students encouraged to take an

IB Diploma students with a score of 30+ will receive 30 quarter units (20 semester units) toward UC undergraduate degree.

IB Courses students will be awarded 8 quarter units (5.3) semester units) for each IB HL exam passed with a score of 5 or more.

CSU and other institutions have similar advanced placement credit policies.

IB exams classes may also fulfill prerequisites for many university-level courses.
