Thoughts on Stewardship

How does recognizing and accepting your talents help you to see God’s grace in your life? What difference would it make in your life to build on your talents rather than endlessly trying to fix your weaknesses?

NEWS AT LOURDES IN CELEBRATION OF PENTECOST, Saturday June 8 and Sunday June 9, we invite eve-ryone to wear red or cultural attire of your homeland to show the international na-ture of the Lourdes family.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR LOURDES’ 2019 GRADUATES! We will honor all of the 2019 graduates at all Masses the weekend of June 22 /June 23. Please complete a Graduate’s Information card located at each entrance of the church. All cards must be returned the weekend of June 15 / June 16. Be sure to indicate which Mass you will attend on graduation recognition weekend.

LOURDES 2019 CENSUS The next phase of the Lourdes census survey begins this weekend. Over the next two weeks, members of the census team will be reaching out to those members who submitted an incomplete form. The goal is to gather up-to-date, accurate, and complete information for each household. The team requests that you respond to its call, text, email, and in some instances mailing, so we can work with you to complete your form. It should take no more than a few minutes. For those who have yet to submit a survey, the form remains available on the Lourdes website ( www.lourdesatlanta.org) and in Lourdes Notes (e-newsletter). Please take a few minutes to fill out one. Many thanks for your cooperation.

LOURDES LUNCH – If you’ve always wanted to volunteer to help with Lourdes Lunch – here’s your chance without a background screening!!! We’re looking for a few vol-unteers to help make lunch snack packs on the following Sundays (June 2, June 9, June 16 & June 23) after the 8AM Mass in the Computer Lab on the 2nd Floor of the KDCC Building. If you can’t make it on a Sunday, call the church office and stop by during the week to help make the snack packs. We look forward to seeing you soon! LOURDES T-SHIRT PRE-ORDERS: If you did not collect your pre-ordered T-Shirt last week, you can collect them at the church office: Monday- Friday, 9AM - 6PM except between 1PM - 2PM when we are closed for lunch. We have a limited number of extra Adult T-shirts (M, L, XL, 2XL) and 2 Children’s small available. Please contact the Church Office to reserve, as T-shirts will be given on ‘First come; First Serve ba-sis’.
