Richard Kirke joined Colliers International in 2009 as Managing Director of the Hong Kong office. He brings with him extensive experience in the real estate industry having spent many years in the New Zealand market. A dynamic professional with a solid track record, Richard specialises in investment sales with a focus on asset services and valuation.
In his role as the head of Hong Kong, Richard leads the 13 local business lines that serve the challenging real estate needs in Hong Kong and Macau. These include investment services, sales and leasing services for office, residential, industrial and retail properties, corporate solutions, valuation, research and advisory services.
Prior to joining Colliers, Richard was attached to another global real estate organisation where he held various roles of progressing ranks including that of Managing and National Director for the company.

Antonio was appointed as Executive Director of Asia Investment Services in January 2008. He leads the team to build a consistent platform for investment clients, such as regional funds and institutions, to expand their portfolio in Asia. Clara has been with the Residential Leasing department since she joined Colliers in 2003. She was named Director of Residential Leasing, as head of the department, in December 2010 and leads the team to provide professional leasing service that starts with the sourcing of a suitable property, negotiating the lease terms and assisting with the entire relocation process.

David Faulkner has over 30 years of experience in the real estate field and has worked in Hong Kong for 26 years. He is an experienced professional, responsible for the preparation of all the firm’s valuation and professional services assignments.
