1. Solve the following four exercise problems from Stark & Woods (3rd edition). (See pages 109 to 112).

2.1, 2.6, 2.10, 2.18. Please use matlab for plots. Also submit your matlab codes.

2. Prove that for a continuous random variable X, the probability P(X = x) = 0.
