2. Is now a bad time to sell home?Absolutely not! Remember, if you sell your home at the top of the market, you will be buying at the top of the market.

If you sell in a market like we have today, you will usually do very well (make it up) on the buying end! It all evens out!

3. How long does the home buying process take?Once you have found the home you wish to buy and have a signed contract with a seller, the process typically takes
