HoW to use / fACEBASIC VERSION: after make-up removal, apply a thin layer of the cosmetic avoiding an area around the eyes. Leave for about 5 minutes. After that time massage with wet finger tips making circles for a few minutes. Next, wash the resultant foam thoroughly with lukewarm water being careful so as not to let it get into the eyes.

MILD PEELING AND CLEANSING PASTE

/1 teaspoon of Savon Noir, 1 teaspoon of ghassoul clay, 2 teaspoons of water or oil – witch hazel tonic - possible/. Add Savon Noir and water to the clay, mix thoroughly. Apply the paste onto the skin of face and massage delicately. After a few minute massage, remove the mask and tone with witch-hazel water. the paste is recommended as an alternative for peeling of the most delicate skins.

HoW to use / BoDYApply a thin layer of Savon Noir all over the body, leave for a few minutes, then start the delicate exfoliating of the epidermis and cleansing the skin. to do this, you can use a Kessa. Moisturise the skin and with slow moves massage the wet surface of the body. Savon Noir together with an exfoliating and stimulating effect of the massage glove will leave the skin silky smooth, soft to touch, nourished and oiled like never before.

natural soap from Morocco made traditionally of black olives and olive oil, known around the world for its skin care properties. It has the appearance of a dark paste which, when mixed with water becomes a creamy velvet mass. savon noir foams very intensively, and thanks to its moisturising and exfoliating properties very effectively softens and nourishes the skin, leaving it silky smooth to the touch.

It has been traditionally made of a mix of olive oil and laurel oil for 2000 years in the city of Aleppo, syria. The ritual of the soap making starts with the end of the harvest season in the olive groves. The resultant olive oil is boiled for a few days in special vats with an addition of soda received as an sea salt extract. In the end of slow boiling, the substance is enriched with laurel oil. After filtration and cooling, the soap – still green is hand cut, marked and left in fresh air to get dried for at least 9 months. The characteristic beige colour is a result of oxidation of the soap surface exposed to the fresh air and is a final indicator of the quality. The Aleppo soap is fully natural. It does not contain any fragrant compositions, dyes, preservatives and any ingredients of animal origin.

Add the basic oil to the clay, then a very little amount of the tonic (too much water may cause rolling of the peeling). Massage the skin for a few minutes. next, clean off with warm water. After the peeling tone the skin with Witch hazel tonic.

• 50 ml of Ghassoul clay

• 50 ml of sea salt /crushed in a mortar/

• optionally 5 drops of ethereal oil to the basic oil

Mix the clay with the sea salt, add basic oil with a selected ethereal or fragrant oil. Apply the peeling onto the wet skin and massage with oval moves, next wash away with warm water.

the peeling recommended for thicker skin, with tendency to inflammations and keratosis

effect: refreshing and brightening the skin, thorough removal of dead cells of epidermis; stimulating the microcirculation; smoothing and detoxification, anti-inflammatory.

masKsfACE / basic mask

• 1 teaspoon of Ghassoul clay

• 2 teaspoons of Witch hazel tonic

• 1/3 tea spoons of of argan oil, grape seeds or wheat germs oil

Add the tonic to the clay to get consistency of thin, smooth mud, then add a little bit of oil. The mixed mask apply with a brush or with fingers onto washed and cleansed skin of face.

leave for 5-20 minutes. The time of application should depend on a type of skin. The more delicate and drier skin – the shorter we leave the mask. The oil addition prevents the clay from drying too fast. Before removing, it is advisable to soak the clay with warm water (e.g. with a brush) – it will make the removing easier. Thoroughly wash away with warm water, tone with witch-hazel tonic and apply an appropriately selected cream.

A neutral, 100% natural cleansing and smoothing mask, recommended for all types of skin, sensitive one as well.

BODY / basic mask

• 100-150 g of clay

• 250 ml lukewarm water

• 2 spoons of selected basic or fragrant oil

Add some lukewarm water to the clay to get consistency of thin mud. next, add appropriately selected basic or fragrant oil (basic oil can be accompanied by 5-7 drops of ethereal oil). A thin layer of the mass apply to cleansed skin of the body. Wrap the body with foil and cover with a blanket. After 15-20 minutes wash the mask away with a shower or in the bathtub. In the end apply appropriately selected butter, lotion or massage oil.

effect: cleansing, smoothing and brightening; pore narrowing, inflammation decreasing, increasing the tension and firmness of the version you can add 20 ml of kin and its moisturising.

In the extended version, you can add warmed natural honey /liquid form/ and a teaspoon of lemon juice. A stronger brightening and detoxifying effect will be achieved then.

CEllulItE REDuCtIOnThe key stage of the anti-cellulite treatment is application of mud from the dead Sea (p. 39). It is a natural product rich in valuable minerals and trace elements of invaluable properties for skin. The mud therapy strongly detoxifies the organism and cleanses the skin. It has a strong slimming /increases the cell metabolism/ and anti-cellulite effect. Apply a thin layer of the mud onto the skin covered with cellulite and wrap with foil. cover with a blanket for about 20-30 minutes. After that time wash away thoroughly.

CAREIn the end of the treatment, apply firming and anti-cellulite body butter rich in caffeine (p. 16). The butter includes coffee extract, which increases metabolism, stimulates fat burning, supports toxin removal and makes the skin slimmer and firmer.

ClEAnsInGThe key element of the treatment is thorough cleansing of the skin, thus an appropriate cosmetic must be selected at this stage. We naturally recommend SAVOn nOIR soap (p. 30), made of black olives and olive oil in a traditional way in Morocco. It removes dead cells and toxins of the skin, leaving it light and elastic, without the uncomfortable effect of lifting the skin. After make-up removal apply a thin layer of the cosmetic with dry hands avoiding the area around the eyes. leave for 5 minutes. After that time, massage with moisturised fingertips making oval moves for a few minutes. next, wash the resultant foam thoroughly with lukewarm water being careful so as not to let it get into the eyes.

nAtuRAl MAsKApply the natural clay-based mask onto the cleansed skin. The best anti-acne properties are shown by green clay (p. 32). due to its unique properties, it perfectly regulates the process of sebum secretion, supports acne treatment, nourishes and regenerates the skin and the ageing process. It has lifting, matting and drying effect. It closes the widened pores and prevents blackheads creation. It can be used as a mild peeling and a normalising and smoothing mask. Before application, mix 2 teaspoons of clay with a teaspoon of water to get consistency of thick cream. Apply the mask avoiding the area around the eyes and leave for about 20 minutes. After that time, moisturise the skin well and wash with warm water.

MOIstuRIsInGIn the end of the treatment, it is advisable to apply the witch hazel tonic, which has moisturising, regenerating, anti-bacterial, lifting and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as to massage a cream proper for the skin (p. 8 and 11).

The recipe of this natural lotion is based on unique properties of shea butter /Karite/, beeswax and nourishing oils: of soy, of avocado and grape seeds.
