INTRODUCTION

We are proud of the steady steps that Casabonita / APT Contract has accomplished starting 2004; the business journey in the Egyptian market started by conducting small contracts as main contractor for valued clients in their apartments & Villas arriving the capability of carrying out large scopes in large size projects as subcontractor and supplier.

In 2001Casabonita Finishes & Interiors Has been established in 2001 unofficially in the Egyptian market through conducting interiors and finishes scope for individual and selected scope for main contractors like CCC, Orascome, Alhaydy Construction, ACC as subcontractors and contracts were signed under the personal name Eng. Muhammad Shawky; the founder of Casabonita.

In 2006Casabonita has moved to another stage participating as subcontractor for bigger scope projects with main contractors in addition to contracts being conducted for individual’s villas and apartments within contracts signed by Eng. Muhammad Shawky.

In 2008 - 2014Casabonita has sarted to provide turnkey solutions interiors, finishes , supplies, and furniture supply.

In 2012Casabonita was established officially as turnkey solution company and registered for interiors, finishes, and furniture production and supplies.

In 2016An acquisition by APT Group (Shareholding Company) took place and Casabonita became one of the group subsidiaries and management decided to separate furniture business and contracting business so the Casabonita brand became our furniture brand and APT Contract became our interiors and finishes contracting brand.

Our key personnel had participated in the largest Egyptian mega projects with top class standard of latest interiors ideas, and creations applied with finest, and high quality finishes like JW Marriott Mirage, Four Seasons Plaza, City Stars, Hospital 57357, and many other mega projects enhanced our key personnel experience to secure Casabonita / APT Contract earlier and upcoming projects outcomes.
