First off, I want to commend each of you for such an incredible annual meeting. Last year, I attended the annual meeting in White Mills before I started my career here, but I’ll be honest– it was such a blur. There were so many of you and so many awards and I honestly don’t know that I remember much because I was terrified that I would end up being a terrible agent for you. Skip ahead to this year when I got to be part of the program. I got to really see each of you that attended and talk to you about those awards and see the excitement on your faces and it was so wonderful. I just kept soaking in the moments. I meant every word I said about you each being such green, green grass for me. I want to thank each of you that offered your time, talent, or resources to make the annual meeting happen. The décor was phenomenal, I ate WAY too much wonderful food, and no detail was overlooked. And the thing is– you all did it yourselves. You take such pride in this organization and that gives me such pride to be your agent. I can only hope I will one day help and inspire you like you have me this past year. The other person who deserves the big shout out for the annual meeting is Fran. She makes me look so much better than I am and I hope each of you know that. She deserves all the credit. She keeps track of volunteer hours and membership and award applications and everything else, and then basically tells me what to say. You nor I could run as efficiently and effectively as we do without her. I’ve now been here a year. A WHOLE YEAR. Can you believe it because I can’t. I know last year I made some changes, and I have a few more ideas up my sleeve, but I want everyone’s input. I know the biggest change I made last year was the yearbook. I made it big and added lots of boxes and lots of things and what I need to know now is this—did it work? Did you like it? Did you keep up with it throughout the year or did it really just bother you that it didn’t fit in your purse anymore? I’m about to start making the new one and I need your feedback! Please send me any and all complaints/ compliments/ideas for the 2016-2017 book. Please and thank you, and thanks for all you do. Hey Homemakers!

First off, I want to commend each of you for such an incredible annual meeting. Last year, I attended the

annual meeting in White Mills before I started my career here, but I’ll be honest– it was such a blur. There

were so many of you and so many awards and I honestly don’t know that I remember much because I was

terrified that I would end up being a terrible agent for you.

Skip ahead to this year when I got to be part of the program. I got to really see each of you that attended and

talk to you about those awards and see the excitement on your faces and it was so wonderful. I just kept

soaking in the moments. I meant every word I said about you each being such green, green grass for me.

I want to thank each of you that offered your time, talent, or resources to make the annual meeting happen.

The décor was phenomenal, I ate WAY too much wonderful food, and no detail was overlooked. And the

thing is– you all did it yourselves. You take such pride in this organization and that gives me such pride to be

your agent. I can only hope I will one day help and inspire you like you have me this past year.

The other person who deserves the big shout out for the annual meeting is Fran. She makes me look so

much better than I am and I hope each of you know that. She deserves all the credit. She keeps track of

volunteer hours and membership and award applications and everything else, and then basically tells me what

to say. You nor I could run as efficiently and effectively as we do without her.

I’ve now been here a year. A WHOLE YEAR. Can you believe it because I can’t. I know last year I made

some changes, and I have a few more ideas up my sleeve, but I want everyone’s input.

I know the biggest change I made last year was the yearbook. I made it big and added lots of boxes

and lots of things and what I need to know now is this—did it work? Did you like it? Did you keep up

with it throughout the year or did it really just bother you that it didn’t fit in your purse anymore? I’m

about to start making the new one and I need your feedback! Please send me any and all complaints/

compliments/ideas for the 2016-2017 book. Please and thank you, and thanks for all you do.
