Servings: 2-4

Total time: 30 mintes

Procedure:

1. Wash all ingridient

2. Put it in a strainer

3. Cut all ingredients into cubes and put

in mixing bowl (carrot, lettus, spring

onion, tomato)

4. Cut the lemon into halves

5. Use one side and use the lemon squiz-

er to take the juice out

6. Add two pinch of salt in the salad

7. Add a pinch of black pepper

8. Pour the lemon juice into the mixing

bowl

9. Mixing everything in the bowl

10. Arrange the way you want to present

it then put it on the table

Mix Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

È 1 Carrot È 1 lemon È 1 tomato È Spring Onion È Lettus

�È 1 tsp of Olive Oil Èa pinch of table salt È�a pinch of black pepper

Crab soup with cream corn

Servings: 3-5

Total time: 30 minutes (just boiling)

Procedure:

1. Clean the crabs

2. Steam the whole crab for around 25

mins

3. Take it out and remove all the meat

4. Cut all ingredients into cubes

5. Be ready a pot with 1/2 tble spoon of

oil

6. Put it in the pot and stir fry the on-

ion

7. Add red bell peper

8. Pour 3/4 litre of water in the pot

9. Bowl for 10 minutes

10. Pour the can of cream corn for 5

min

11. Put the crab meat

12. Mix with 1 tbl spoon of corn starch

13. Make it suit your taste and serve.

Ingredients:

È 2 stock of celery (medium) È 3/4 red bell pepper È 1 can of cream corn

È 1 tbs of corn stach È�1 cup of crab meat È 3/4 litre of water

È 1 white onion

Carrot with Watercrisp Soup

Servings: 8-10 Total time: 2 - 3 hours

Ingredients: È Watercrisp

È 5 Dry Dates

È 3 (medium) Carrtots

È 1/2 kilogram pork bone

È 1/2 dry skin lemon

È 3 slice on ginger

È 1 litre of water

����pinch of salt

Procedure:

1. Branch the pork bones and drain the wa-

ter

2. Pour around 2L of water in a pot and boil

3. When water is boiling put the pork bone,

3 slice on ginger and half skin of dry lem-

on

4. Add in 3 medium size carrow

5. Put the dry dates and boil until pork

bone is soft

6. Boil for around 1 1/2 hour then put water-

crisp stock and boil until color change

7. Take out the water crisp stock and put

the young leaves until the color change

and add a pinch of salt

8. Mix all the materials then turn the gas-

off

Main Course

Servings: 2-4

Total time: 4 hours (include fridge)

Steam Chicken

Procedure:

1. Wash the chicken properly

2. Drain for 10 minutes in a stainer

3. Put the mince ginger in and on the

whole body of the chicken

4. Leave the chicken to absorb the gin-

ger for around 3 minutes

5. Put 1/2 table spoon of salt all over the

chicken

6. Leave the chicken inside the fridge

for 2-3 hours

7. Take a steam pot and fill water up to

a bit more than half

8. Taken a metal steam rack and put it

in the middle of the pot

9. Steam the chicken for 20-25 minutes

10. Taken the chicken out to cool

11. Arrange the way you want to present

it then put it on the table

Ingredients:

È 1 live chicken È 2 tsp of ginger È 1/2 table spoon of salt

Minced pork with Melon

Servings: 3-4

Total time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

È 3 pieces of melon È 1 cati minced pork È pinch of salt

È�1/2 tsp of sugar È 4 pieces of water chest È�1/2 tsp of light sauce

Prodecure:

1. Marinate the minced pork with 1/2

teaspoon light sauce

2. Add in 1/2 tsp of mince pork and salt

3. Mix every together in a bowl

4. Blanch the melon and set aside

5. Put the marinated minched pork into the

melon

6. Arrange into a metal plate

7. Steam it for 9 minutes

8. After steam, let is cool down for around 5

min

9. Take it out and serve

Pork rib with pineapple & mix vegetable

Servings: 3-4 Total time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

È 4 slice of big pineapple

È 1 large carrot

È 2 green & red bell pepper

È 1 cati of pork rib

È 1 medium onion

È 2 gloves of garlic

È 2 slice of ginger

È 1 tsp of oil

È pinch of black pepper

Ingredients:

È 3 eggs

È 2 medium bitter melon

È 2 small size tomato

È 1 medium white onion

È 1 tbs of oil

È pinch of salt

Servings: 3-4 Total time: 35 minutes

Bitter melon with egg & tomato

Procedures:

1. Cut garlic into slices and onion into

four

2. Put 1 tblspoon of oil in the pan

3. Stir fry the onion and garlic

4. Put the meat in when both become

brown

5. When cook, let the water in the meat

comes out

6. When its becomes dry, add water

7. When spare ribe becomes tender, pour

in light souce and dark souce

8. Put the tofu in the pan and let it absord

the sauce

9. Taste it and see if it suits your taste

10. After heating it for five minutes, put it

on a plate and serve

Procedures:

1. Wash all the ingredients and drain

2. Add 1 tsp of oil in the pan

3. Stir fry the ginger, garlic and onion

4. When color turn brown, put the pork

ribs

5. Mix them together until become brown

6. Stir fry for around 2 minutes

7. Cover until all water of meat is gone

8. After 1 minute, remove cover and put

light sauce, dark souce and black peppers

9. Mix ingredients together and put the

cover back on

10. Let pork absorb souce for around 30

min

11. Add pineapple slice

12. When you think the juice is gone, add

all the bell peppers

13. Try pork if become tender then serve

Total time: 2 - 3 hours

Pizza w/ asorted vegetable

Ingredients:

È 1 large tomato È 2 medium sausages È 1/2 cup plain flower È pinch of salt

È�botton mushrooms È 2 small bellpepper (red & green) È permecent cheese

È�1/2 cup pineapple chunks È�tomato souce È pinch of sugar

Procedures:

1. Take a large bowl and add warm water

2. Sprinkle the yeast and wait for 5 minutes

3. Knead with your hand to mix the yeast and

add in salt and sugar for around 10 min

4. If a little to wet, add a bit more flour

5. Place the ball of dough in a bowl coated

with peanut butter oil

6. Cover with plastic wrap and put it in a

warm place for 1 1/2 hour

7. Preheat the oven to 232°C for preferable

1 hour

8. Remove the plaster wrap from the dough

and punch the dough down so it inflates

9. Divide dough into half and make 2 round

balls each in a bowl

10. Cover with plastic and sit for 10 minute

11. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of tomato sauce and 2 tbs

of shredded cheese

12. cut the botton mushroom into halves

13. Cut ingredients bell pepper, tomato, sau-

sage (in the same direction)

14. spread the tomato sauce across the dough

15. layout the rest of the cut ingredients

16. sprinkle permecent cheese

17. Slide the pizza in the oven

18. Bake it for 10- 15 minutes

Slice Beef Roll with Vegetables

Servings: 2-4

Total time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:

È 10-12 pieces of thinely slice beef È 5-6 green beans È half tomato È�sugar

�half cucumber �pinch of salt �1/2 tsp of oil �black pepper

Procedures:

1. Clean the vegetables

2. Bowl the carrot and green bean for

around 1 minute

3. Blanch the both of the vegetables

4. Place a slice of beef on the cutting board

and sprinkle pepper and salt

5. Put green bean and carrot on one side

then roll

6. Find a non-stick fry pan, heat the oil on

high

7. When hot enough, place the roll gently

on the pan with the seam line facing down

8. Subsequently rotate the roll to make all

the side cook

9. When meat is brown, reduce fire to me-

dium

10. Pour in sugar and soya sauce

11. Rotate beef so all side are coated with

sauce

12. Turn the fire to low, and cut the cucum-

ber and tomato into slices

13. Place the sliced tomato and cucumber

as the shape of you place

14. Turn the gas off and take the beef roll

and put to the plate

Procedures:

1. Boiled the sweet potato for 10 minutes

2. Smash the potato

3. Stir fry the bell pepper carrot, garlic,

onion, carrot

4. Taste if it becomes soft

5. Add the minced beef and mix with veg-

etable

6. When the color of the beef change, add

in dark souce, light souce, sesame oil and

sugar

7. Mix ingredients together

8. Let the beef cool down and set aside

9. Make the mashed potato flat round

10. Put the minced beef in the middle and

close it

11. Use a pyrex and but in the oven and

bake for 30 minutes

Ingredients:

È 1 catty minced beef

È 1kg of sweet potato

�1 small bell pepper

È 1 medium carrots

È 1 tsp dark sauce

È 2 gloves of minced garlic

È 1 tsp of light sauce

È 1/2 tblspoon sesame oil

È 1 medium white onion

È 1 tbs sugar

��1 tbs cooking oil

Patties BeefServings: 2-4 Total time: 1 hour

Procedures:

1. Cut garlic into slices and onion into

four

2. Put 1 tbs of oil in the pan

3. Stir fry the onion and garlic

4. Put the meat in when both become

5. When cook, let the water in the meat

È 1 block tofu

È 1 medium onion

È 2 gloves of garlic

È 1 tbs of oil

È 1/2 tsp of dark sauce

È 1 tsp of light sauce

È pinch of sugar

È pinch of salt

È 3/4 cup water

Tofu with Spare ribs

Servings: 2-4 Total time: 45 minutes

Procedure:

1. Take a pack of dumpling wrapper and

separate each piece

2. Mix salt with cabbage and let it sit for

15 minutes

3. Wash the cabbage and squeeze to re-

move as much liquid as possible

4. Take a bowl and mix the rest of the in-

gredient

5. Take a spoon full of ingredients and

place it on the centre of the wrapper.

6. Take a bit of corn starch and water to

lock the wrapper

7. Slowly roll the wrapper

8. Fill the frypan with around 1 cm of

water

9. Steam the dumplings for 8 - 10 minutes

10. Add a bit oil in the pan, and line the

dumplings up

11. Fry until they turn brown

Pork and Cabbage Dumplings

Servings: 2-4

Total time: 1 - 2 hours

Ingredients:

È 1 tomato È a pack of dumpling wrapper È 1/2 tsp of salt

�È 1 tbs vegetable oil È250g mince pork È2 1/2 cup shredded cabbage

�2 tsp spring onions

Produres:

1. Clean the crab

2. Beat the eggs and add in pepper and salt

3. Stir fry the carrots

4. Add in onion when carrot softens

5, Add in spring onion

6. Pour in scramble egg with crab

7. When it turns slightly brown, flip it over

8. Cook till other side is brown

9. Take it out and serve

Crab Meat Omelette

Servings: 2-4

Total time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

È 1/2 cup crab meat È 3 egg È pinch of salt È pinch of sugar È 2 tbs oil

Èwhite pepper È 1 spring onion È 1 medium carrot È 1 onion
