Here you will have your tiles to look further at your cases. An explanation of what each of
these are for is at the bottom of each tile.
Your contact details are on the right hand side. Please ensure you check these are correct and add any if they are missing.
This section will have crosses next to anything you have not completed. If you see crosses please contact the new entrants team!

This is where you find your price list and information on payments and commissions. (see
slides 13-16 for further instructions).
1. Order summaries (cont)
Once you have submitted an order the software will produce an order summary for you to check and confirm. This is important so you can check spellings, names, relationships, addresses etc. Remember if you have made an error on the software file then the error will follow through on the documents. This is your way of checking and amending any mistakes if necessary.

Box 1 – Check products ordered here.
Box 2 – Check commission due
Box 3 – View your order summary as a PDF. This can be saved and emailed to your client to check.
Box 4 – Confirm instructions and spellings. You can also make amendments in this section.
2. Documents on hold (cont)
There is a search facility on this screen so you can search for example by the clients surname. This will bring up any clients with that surname that are on hold.
This page shows a list of all cases on hold and the reason.
Here it should state the reason the case/product is on hold, and if you to click on the link to the right this allows you to email the office direct.
3. Track your clients, orders and documents (cont)
View a list of your clients and a google map showing you where your clients are.
View what stage your orders are at in the process.
Here you can view any documents which need to be returned for storage, signing or documents checking.

There is a search facility on this screen so you can search for example by the clients surname. This will bring up any client of yours with that surname.
Below is a list of all your orders. The document status column will tell you what stage the order is at. You can also view the document process to see what is left to be completed.
View any commission payments due and historic commission payments here.
