The Secretary, Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur has sponsoredthe names of selected candidates for the post of Junior Office Assistant (IT) PostCode: 447 ( On contract basis) vide his office letter No. HP-SSB-B (2)843/2015-31733 dated 26.9.2017 (copy enclosed) and recommended for their appointment oncontract basis in the Department. Keeping in view the vacancy position in variousoffices in the department, the incumbents are hereby allotted to your Circles/offices,detail of which is attached as per Annexure "A".

You are therefore requested to issue offer of appointments. oncontract basis to the said incumbents by giving 15 days joining time as per allotmentmade vide annexure-'A' subject to fulfilment of following terms and conditions:-a). The appointment is purely on contract 1 temporary basis initially for

one-year from the date of entering into agreement of contract with ProChief Conservator of Forests (HoFF) Shimla, H.P., but can beextended further depending on theirperformance/conduct. (A photocopy of specimen of agreement of contract is enclosed).

They will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs.( PB 5910+ 1950Gradepay+75% enhancement in GP) = 9323/- per month. They will beentitled for increase in contractual amount @ Rs. 236/- ( 3% ofminimum of the pay band+ grade pay of the post) for furtherextended years and no other allied benefits such as senior/selectionscales etc. will be given.

c). The service of the contract appointee will be purely on temporarybasis. The appointment is liable to be terminated in case theperformance/conduct of the contract appointee is not foundsatisfactory. ' ; ~~

They will be entitled for one day casual leave after putting one monthservice. This leave can be accumulated up to one year. However, thecontract appointee will also be entitled for 5 days Special Leave and10 days Medical Leave & other admissible leave, if any. They shallnot be entitled for Medical Reimbursement and LTC etc. Providedthat the un-availed Casual Leave, Medical Leave and Special Leave

can be accumulated 'Upto the calendar year and will not be carriedforward for the next calendar year.

Unauthorized absence from the Govt. duty without the approval ofcontrolling officer shall automatically lead to the termination of thecontract appointment/agreement and shall not be entitled forcontractual amount for the period of absent from duty.

An official appointed on contract basis, who have completed 3 yearstenure at one place of posting will be eligible for transfer on needbased basis wherever required for administrative grounds.

They will have to submit a certificate of their fitness from theconcerned CMO.

h). They will be entitled for TA / DA if required to go on tour inconnection with official duty of the same rate as applicable to regular,. \

Provision of Service Rules, like; FR, SR. leave Rules, CPF Rules,Pension Rules and Conduct Rules etc. as are applicable in case ofregular employees will not be applicable in case of contractappointees. They will be entitled for emoluments etc. as detailed incontract agreement.

They will have to submit the copies of testimonial etc. while enteringinto the agreement of contract with Pr. Chief Conservator of Forests(HoFF) Himachal Pradesh Shimla.

3. ~ In case these terms and conditions are acceptable to them, they maysubmit their joining report to concerned offices within 15 days, otherwise theappointment shall stands cancelled.

It may also be ensured that joining of the official(s) is accepted onlyafter furnishing/executing the contract agreement by the first Party as well asMedical Fitness Certificate alongwith other allied documents as mentioned above.The verification of character and antecedents be also got done at your level fromthe concerned Superintendent of Police. The offer of appointment be given to theincumbent(s) after verifying their credentials and genuiness of all relevantcertificates/diplomas as well as recognition of institutes, issuingcertificates/diplomas as per instructions/guidelines issued vide Secretary, StaffSection Commission, Hamirpur- letter No. HP-SSB-B (2)843/2015-31733 dated26.9.2017. After doing the needful, all the requisite documents be sent to this officefor further necessary action. The photocopies of the documents in respect ofselected officials as received from the Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur arealso enclosed herewith for doing the needful. ~.
