ced into half moons- Canned anchovies, drained, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels- 1 Yukon Gold potato (or other potato), cut into cubes- 1 tsp Madras curry powder (or 1/2 tsp cumin)- 3 tbsp neutral oil (canola, grapeseed)- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
