Ratings Consequences, likelihood and risk ratings are listed and described below relevant to the rating section in the attached form. Consequences (C) Insignificant: no noticeable effect on project management objectives. Minor: Some difficulties experienced which are easily managed. Moderate: Moderate effects on project objectives requiring management efforts to rectify. Major: Major effects on project objectives, requiring significant effort to rectify. Catastrophic: Unacceptable effect on project objectives. Likelihood (L) Almost certain: Expected to occur in most circumstances. Likely: Will probably occur in most circumstances. Possible: Might occur at some time. Unlikely: Could occur at some time. Rare: May only occur in exceptional circumstances. Risk rating (R)
