Home Buyer’s Protection is a simple product arranged by Qdos Broker and Underwriting Services Limited. This protection is designed to reimburse costs that would otherwise be lost when a home purchase falls through. The policy covers a maximum limit of £1200 over the following expenses:

Conveyancing fees - £500

Mortgage arrangement, survey and valuation fees - £700

Cover your up front expenses in the event of a purchase failing due to...

“Gazumping” by an offer of £1,000 or more

The property being withdrawn from sale

You have to withdraw from the purchase due to personal/family reasons, illness or redundancy
