THE START

Eleven years ago Inge started her coaching practice in the old mansion of her grandparents in Tienen, her hometown. At the front was a retail space that had been empty for years.With sponge, chamois leather, many bottles of degreaser and tons of goodwill, she trans- formed the dusty space into her own coaching practice. Inge Rock Coaching & Speaking was born.

Within a year, however, this practice literally and figuratively became too small and Inge knew that it had to expand. Her agenda was packed with coaching appointments. People came from far to Tienen to be coached by Inge. Many entrepreneurs, artists and future coa- ches in particular found their way to her. Inge Rock Academy was established.

A TURNING POINT

Like everyone else in life, Inge also received the necessary blows and it was not always pret- ty.Her parents divorced when she was fourteen, her marriage went downhill, her mother died of breast cancer at the age of fifty-six, she had to give up a business she had built as a result of her divorce, her father suddenly died of a brain hemorrhage ten years ago...

But Inge remained standing. She had to and would continue. No one would get her down and she built her confidence back, stronger than ever before.

Thanks to the support of her partner, her children and her best friend and teaching partner Paul Martinelli, she has not only built up her private life, but also a thriving business.An academy that meets the needs of many entrepreneurs, managers and coaches.

Today, the Inge Rock Academy is a training center with a reputation far beyond the national borders.

HOW DOES THIS WORK IN PRACTICE?

We guide you through various systems.

1. The online training is available 24/7 Thanks to the teachings on the student platform you can go through the training step by step. All teaching content is continuously available and you can view the content as often as you want. The big advantage lies in the continuous transfer of knowledge with exercises, so that you can follow this at your own pace, wherever in the world, if you feel like it.

2. The online live practice class. After following the mindset online, you enter a practical class of maximum 9 students. During 3 months you and your class will develop and practice the Inge Rock self coaching method step by step. This with the guidance of a very experienced coaching mentor.

3. The teaching and support webinars. We support you via weekly webinars. Inge gives teaching webinars and your coaching mentor gives coaching support calls. This way we stay connected and all your questions are answered.

4. The coaching retreat. We expect you on the three-day coaching retreat. These online live days are a highlight in your education, with new teachings, masses of practice and tons of energy. Two times a year, you are welcome at the coaching retreat.

5. The Club nights. Twice a year all students come together during a Club night, where we learn, experience and build a party in a casual atmosphere.

6. 5 power coachings of 20 minutes as extra support You are entitled to 5 personal coaching sessions of 20 minutes with a mind expert from the Inge Rock team. These coachings take place online, but live, of course, by appointment.

All teaching content stays available all the time and you watch everything over and over whenever you want. The big advantage is that there is a continuous transfer of knowledge by means of exercises, so it becomes possible for you to do things on your own pace, wherever you are in the world and whenever you feel like it.

2. The online live class After you have followed the mindset and coaching principle lessons online, you enter a practical class of maximum 10 students. During the 6 months you and your class will develop and practice the Inge Rock Coaching Method step by step. This with the guidance of a very experienced coaching mentor.

3. The support webinars We support you through two live webinars per month. Inge gives teaching webinars and your coaching mentor gives coaching support calls. This way we stay connected and all your questions are answered.

CIRCLE OF MIND EXPERTS

BELONG TO THE TEAM OF MIND EXPERTS

There is a difference between a coach and a mind expert.A mind expert is a coach and much more. A mind expert knows the new sciences of quan-tum physics and quantum mechanics, as well as understanding the influence of thinking on human biology and neurology. They can help people with methods, where a coach often cannot.

WHY DOES THE WORLD NEED MIND EXPERTS?

The new sciences, such as quantum physics, neuroplasticity, neuroendocrinology and epi-genetics, require a new approach. Don’t worry, we are not going to train you as a physicist or biologist. Far from!

But these sciences show the power of the human mind. It has been scientifically proven that human thinking has a much greater impact than we originally thought.

With the new sciences in mind, Inge Rock has developed methods to coach, train and men-tor people, where previously that was virtually non-existent. But this requires a thorough training of the coach to become a Mind Expert.

Mind Experts can help people at a higher level, with amazing results, both for the person and for his environment.

Moreover, a mind expert is also an expert in coaching, in story telling and in teaching: im-portant skills that you desperately need as an expert.

A ONE-YEAR COURSE

In the training you become a mind expert and so we will focus on 4 different training com-ponents:

1. Mind expertise: understanding the workings of the mind and quantum physics principles at a high and advanced level2. Coaching: advanced coaching techniques and skills3. Story telling and fluency4. Teaching: building effective lessons, workshops, training courses and teaching them

The training year is divided into 4 quarters. In each quarter we start working with one spe-cific training component. They follow each other, but you can start wherever you want. The advantage of this is that you can always join at the start of a component.

MENTORING ON A HIGH LEVEL

Those who want to become an expert will also have to make an effort. That’s why Inge per-sonally offers some mentoring in this training.

Each training component contains:

• Planning: A structured schedule that you follow as a student. You know exactly what is known and what must be completed by which date.

• Video teachings: Specialized classes on the student platform that you can study whenever you want, however often you want. You also always retain access to the student platform

• Exercises: The online live training courses ensure that practical experience is put into practice. You will complete targeted assignments. You will gain experience with your fellow students and you will receive feedback to keep improving. Each course component has its own workshops in which you will practice as a student. You work towards a goal. • Evaluation: You can only be a true mind expert if you pass the evaluation test and have earned the certificate. Each training component has its own evaluation. If you fail the evaluation test, you have a maximum of two resits. You will receive your mind expert certificate if you pass all 4 training components.

HOE GAAT HET PRAKTISCH?

The training lasts for one year. Training is given in different ways:

• 4-day online live workshops of several days, depending on the training component, supported by webinars. Each component has its own online workshop. You work towards a result with your fellow students. These workshops take place in online break-out rooms with a maximum of 4 people.• 4 days of intense training in Crete. Here we focus on YOUR development. Also a prerequisite for being an expert.• 2 general support calls• The online student platform with content and tools
