Mary Shows Her Son Jesus to Us

Exult today, holy Mary, for you give birth to the joys of the new covenant; exult,Mother inviolate, for you maintain your virginity that has flowered into glory; exult, Virgin

Mother, for you have been freed from the curse and shame laid upon women. You can

rightly exult in Jesus, your Savior, for you warmed at your bosom and placed in a manger

with your own hands Him whom the heavens can not contain.

You rightly worship Him who was born of you in time; but you know well that on

high He has God for Father. You rightly give Him maternal care; and because through

grace you have become so sublime and heavenly, your spirit exults beyond all things.

Heaven and earth praise you; their every beauty gives you thanks. My soul praise

you, dearest Lady, and everything in me rejoices most reverently in your presence . Mytongue is not capable of singing your praises, not my mind of meditationg on your greatness.

Therefore, I kneel humbly before you, Mary, great Mother of God. Receive my

prayers and listen with maternal love to the desires of my heart.

My soul desires to see Jesus, for I know that He is my happiness. Show me the

hidden treasure, which with reserve you protect near you. I believe that Jesus is the only-

begotten Son of God and the first - born Child of your fruitful virginity.

I confess that He is my God, my Creator and Redeemer, born for my salvation. It

is He Whom I pray, through your intercession, to see and reverently adore. You wrapped

Him in swaddling clothes, so that it is not easy for outsiders to see and recognize Him.

Who, then, shall be able to see Him if you do not deign to show Him? Indeed,

only through you do we have access to the Son and through the Son to the Father.

Show me Jesus, therefore; that is enough for me, beyond anything else. I do not

ask or desire any comfort save Jesus, your Son, my special refuge and your only joy.

Holy Mary, my Lady, I ardently desire to see Jesus, Whom you love before and

above all else. My heart desires Jesus; my heart calls upon Jesus.

It was in Jerusalem wherein the most high God assigned a tent for

Holy Virgin Mary who gave birth to Jesus Christ son of God. Virgin

Mary was born on this earth and she lived here to give birth to Jesus

Christ.

I have heard speeches by several speakers to the effect that when

the approprite time arrived God looked upon this earth to find out some-

body worthy to become mother of His son, found out Mary, and filled

her with his grace, and so on. Mary happens to be not glorified because

she has not been discerned as not being an ordinary woman.

Who is Mary? The venom of the serpent that fell upon Eve and

Adam spread to all their descendants. All humans born on this earth

were with sins. All humans born on this earth out of the will of man or of

the will of the flesh or of blood are sinners. Nobody was exempted. If

Virgin Mary were to be born as a woman of that kind, Jesus Christ would

never have been undefiled. Angel Gabriel had announced to Mary that

Jesus Christ would be called son of God, Holy (Lk 1:35). He who is holy

is sinless. Only if the root is holy, the branches also will be holy (Rom

11:16). If Mary the mother is not holy, how will Jesus her son be holy? It was from Mary

that Jesus received his flesh. (Apostles’Creed). Therefore, Virgin Mary also should be holy

surely.

No women on this earth were of that kind. Everyone was under the domain of

Eve’s sin. There was no woman upon the face of this earth worthy to give birth to the Son

of God. Hence God had to send a woman from heaven. That was Holy Mary. Just as the

word of God became flesh to become Jesus Christ, the wisdom of God became flesh to

become Holy Mary.

Mary is believed to have been born as the daughter of Joachim and Anna. Since

sin was there in all humans, was it not the case with Mary’s parents also - the question is

natural. Joachim and Anna were the saintly vessels chosen by God for giving birth to

Mary. It doesn’t mean that exclusively on that ground Mary will be exempt from Eve’s sin.

Mary is wisdom. “Against wisdom evil does not prevail” (wis 7:30). Since no impurity

could touch wisdom, the impurities from the sins of Eve or her descendants did never

touch Mary. That is how the son of God was born holy. Jesus says, “The ruler of this

world is coming. He has no power over me” (Jn 14:30). The ruler of this world is satan.

He could claim no power over Jesus because Jesus was born in the womb of Mary who was

wisdom and also because he was son of God.

Before becoming Mary, wisdom compassed the vault of heaven and traversed the

depths of the abyss. Over waves of the sea, over all the earth, and over every people and

nation wisdom held sway. Among all these wisdom sought a resting-place (Sir 24:5-7); inwhose territory should she abide? (Sir 24:7). Then the Creator of all things chose the place

for her tent. He said, ‘Make your dwelling in Jacob and in Israel receive your inheritance’

(Sir 24:8). Accordingly wisdom was born as Mary in the race of Jacob and dwelt in Israel.

“In the holy tent I ministered before him” (Sir 24:10). Mary ministered in the temple of

Jerusalem for several years. She took root in an honoured people, in the portion of the

Lord, as the one who gave birth to Jesus (Sir 24:12). Wisdom became flesh and dwelt on

this earth.

Prophet Baruch says, God gave her to his servant Jacob and to Israel, whom heloved. Afterwards she appeared on earth and lived with humankind (Bar 3:36,37). That

was Baruch’s prophecy about wisdom. God had revealed in advance through the prophet

that wisdom would appear on earth and live with humankind.

Mary, who was wisdom made flesh, was assumed into heaven without death. After

completing her mission on this earth and after her assumption into heaven, Mary who

was wisdom appears in Revelation, chapter 12 as part of the completion of her plans. She

was revealed to St.John as ‘the woman clothed with the sun’. She shines forth like the





brightness of the sun. The sun in heaven is God. God is light (1 Jn 1:5). The light of God

is his holiness. Mary who is wisdom is filled with that same holiness. Wisdom is “more

beautiful than the sun, and excels every constellation of the stars. Compared with the light

she is found to be superior” (Wis 7:29).

This is the verse that proves that the woman in Rev.12 is Mary: “And she gave birth

to a son, a male child, who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron. But her child was

snatched away and taken to God and to his throne” (Rev 12:5). One who is to rule all thenations with a rod of iron means one who has power and domination over all nations.

The one who has such power and domination is Jesus Christ alone. “Her child was snatched

away and taken to God and to his throne” denotes the ascension and glorification of

Jesus.

The verse in Rev.12:2 may be a bit difficult to understand. “She was pregnant and

was crying out in birth pangs, in the agony of giving birth”. The pregnant woman is the

woman who appeared in heaven. There is nothing other than spiritual in heaven. As such





there is no physical pregnancy in heaven; it is spiritual pregnancy. It is a message. A great

mystery is revealed by the Lord symbolically.

Two thousand years back, Virgin Mary gave birth to Jesus. All these years have

passed by, yet man still lives in sin. Through this verse, a great plan of God is revealed for

the conversion of sinners. What we see in this verse is the intense desire of Mary to give

Jesus into the hearts of sinners. It is as part of this desire that Holy Mother appears in

different parts of the world and gathers people to Jesus.

At Velankanni, lakhs of people come and go. How many are the number of Mus-

lims and Hindus who visit there! Something magnificient is happening in Velankanni -

something impossible for anybody in this world, something that has happened nowhere

else. Without anybody’s saying, people of other faiths flow into Velankanni. Mary en-

dures the pangs of labour to give Jesus, to give the word to the world. Without anybody to

help she was suffering the birth pangs, crying out in agony.

The second part of Rev.12 is about Satan who is also called the serpent. This part

deals with that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan who enslaved a third of

the angels who were the stars of heaven, about the war that broke out in heaven after the

crucifixion, resurrection and glorification of Jesus Christ, and about the glorious victory

of heaven when Saint Michael and his angels fought against the dragon and his angels and

defeated them and threw them out from heaven to the earth.





The next part is about the ancient serpent, who was thrown down to the earth,

turning against the woman with vengence. He makes use of man himself to twist the word

of God and misinterpret it, to do away with Holy Mary through the venom that he poured

out after the woman like a river. Every venomous word against Holy Mother originates

from Satan. Whoever they be, whatever highly positioned they be, it is the serpent talkingthrough their tongues.

Now the earth encounters the serpent and his attack against the woman. By spread-

ing what is precious through Mary’s children on this earth, Satan’s venom is destroyed.

Then Satan turns against the children of Mary and takes his stand on the sand of the

seashore to fight against them.

It is against the children of Mary that Satan directs his attack for destroying the

woman. Who are the children of Mary ? They are “those who keep the commandments of

God and hold the testimony of Jesus” (Rev 12:17). Mary’s children are those who keep the

word of God and live as witnesses of Jesus. They are only very few and Satan’s final war is

against them.

Since Mary is holy, her children also must be holy. It is the plan of God the Father

that Satan must be destroyed through the children of Mary. It is the will of God that God’s

revenge against Satan must be executed through the children of Mary - His revenge for

destroying Adam and Eve, the first parents that He created.

If Mary is to win the battle she should have children of holiness. Live according to

the word of God and be filled with the Holy Spirit and become witnesses to Jesus Christ -

this is the call and mission of every son and daughter of Spirit in Jesus. This war must be

fought and won. Each of us shall be sanctified in depth. The Church must be sanctified.

The Church must be redeemed from every adjustment with the world. There is only one

true Church, and that is the Catholic Church. All those who separated from the Church

must be reunited with the Church. For this thing to happen, the Church must be sancti-

fied. Since the Church is the body of Chirst and the temple of the Holy Spirit, it has to be

sanctified. Those who lead and those who are led must be renewed, reformed and made

holy. It is God’s war against Satan. Every act of the devil that has intruded into the heav-

enly abode of the Church must be wiped out. Let us be participants and winners in this

war.

Spirit in Jesus is a magnificient plan of God. What is the error taught by Spirit in

Jesus for which it is being opposed? Spirit in Jesus was chosen by God to fight the war

against Satan. The one who leads this war is Holy Mary, the Mother in Rev. 12.

A grotto for this Mother of Rev.12 is being materialised in these days. A grotto was

constructed at Surianalle as per the directions and revelations given by the Lord during





2008-2010 period. It was blessed on 8th December 2012 on the Feast of the Immaculate

Conception. The statue erected there was that of our Lady of Lourdes. But during a ser-

vice in April 2014, the Lord said that the grotto had a name and told us to pray to get it

revealed. We had been praying. On the first Wednesday of May 2014, it was revealed from

heaven that this grotto was that of the Mother in Rev.12, and that the statue of “the

woman clothed with the sun” was to be erected there. Accordingly the statue of the Mother

of Rev.12 is under construction now. The new statue will be dedicated on December 7th

2014 as part of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception.

This is for the first time in the world, I believe, that a grotto and a statue of the

Mother in Rev.12 is being dedicated. For that very reason this dedication is surely of

historic importance. In the coming days Holy Mary will perform greater acts than she has

ever performed on this earth and in heaven.

During the concreting of the roof of the grotto on 27th of September 2012, someof us were praying the Rosary there. It was then that a rainbow appeared around the sun

with a peculiar light filled within the rainbow. Another rainbow also appeared around but

away from the sun, at the distant eastern horizon. Both were visible for about 1 1/2 hours

time. Holy Mother appeared there on that day, before that and after that.

On 25th of October 2014, about thirty of us were praying together at the grotto. A

miraculous vision was seen by us near the Lord’s mountain opposite the grotto - a Rosary

hanging in the sky. It was a Rosary with the stars. It was 7.30 at night when the miraculous

sight was seen. The light from the stars was a joy for the eyes. Watching that magnificient sight we started praising the Lord loudly,and thanked Him. Then appeared the next miracle.

From the eastern horizon a big-sized star traversed the sky like a rocket, burning for some

distance for some time, crossing the sky in front of the Rosary of the stars and then burn-

ing out into two at the Lord’s mountain. I have seen the phenomenon of ‘shooting star’

several times in the sky, but it was for the first time ever in my life that such a star and such

a Rosary were seen in the sky. After fifteen minutes the clouds covered the Rosary.

This Maryland, chosen by God for such many other miracles and signs, has be-

come a land of blessing for many. Children for the childless, removal of obstacles to mar-riage, financial blessings, healing for the sick and comfort for the afflicted. Blessings through

the Mother were many.

For participating in the dedication services of the statue of the Woman clothed

with the sun on 7th Dec. 2014, all are cordially invited. Participate and co-operate in the

great plan of God the Father for the elevation of Holy Mother all over the world. Extend-

ing a loving invitation to all the children who love Mary,

My Christmas Gift for JesusJesus my beloved,

I adore you my Lord, the King who descended on this planet to redeem the

whole world. I adore you who is Word of God become flesh. I adore you with all my

heart and soul. All praise be to Thee alone. Dear Jesus, you are the gladness of my

heart and the peace of my soul. I wish I loved you with the intensity with which MotherMary loved you—and I offer Thee my heart with that intense wish.

When you, the Son of God came into this world, this world presented you with

a heavy cross. I also know that those of us who love you also will be given crosses only,

in several spheres, under various situations. O, the omnipotent and almighty God,

who gives existence to all things, I have nothing but a broken spirit and an aching and

contrite heart to offer you (Ps 51:17). That pain is for the millions and millions of

souls falling into the dark and bottomless abyss of sin and death. You gave your life for

their salvation, but how fast is Satan destroying them, enslaving them through sin! Oh





Lord Jesus, redeem this world with all your power and glory. We understand that Holy

Virgin Mary, the path chosen by God the Father in the beginning itself to send you into

this world, is also the one chosen and deputed to be the harbinger for redeeming this world

before your second coming.

Jesus, we know that you will be the one who will be most pleased when your mother-

Holy Mary who herslf remained unknown but always protected you, loved you and followed

you from your birth at Bethlehem upto the offering at Calvary- is exalted and glorified the

world over. That alone is the greatest prayer and longing of every Spirit in Jesus member

who is the child of holy Mary. These are the times when the Evil One with all his might is

leading the people of God in the wrong alleys. We pray and deeply desire that Holy Mary

who is the most powerful shield given by God the Father against the diabolic forces, lead

us and all of humanity to you the Son of God.

When the whole world is celebrating your holy Birth, we pray that everyone in this

generation experience and own the Son of God through Mother Mary, who gifted theredeemer to this world. Let the cool and frosty nights of December fill the whole world

with your love, peace and salvation.

“Happy is the person who meditates on wisdom and reasons intelligently”

(Sir 14:20)

My name is Shancy. After completing my studies in General Nursing, I joined

for Post Bsc (2011-2013). But when I went through the prescribed text books I felt like I

shouldn’t have joined. At the same moment my spirit rejuvenated at the thought of

Spirit in Jesus magazine ‘Itha Ninte Amma’. I prayed to holy Mother, “My dear Mother,

you please help me to pass this course. I will testify it in the magazine for your glory’’.

Three weeks prior to the exam I took to studying the texts. I couldn’t make out a single

thing as all the answers were too big to comprehend. I couldn’t memorise anything. I

was facing failure. My friends eagerly pointed out important questions, but the HolySpirit inspired me to pray the Rosary holding those books in my hands. My friends

made fun of me. After reciting Rosary prayer, I opened the text and studied only those

questions which I saw there. After first exam, tears rolled down my eyes because only

those questions which I had studied had come for the exams. Strong faith infilled me.

The same was the experience all through the exams. I got first class in both years. My

heavenly Mother blessed this poor servant with a result which I never expected. Thank

you Lord for all the blessings. Praise you Holy Spirit, Praise you Mother Mary.

NEVER LOSE

THE SPIRIT OF CHRISTMAS!

Certain people celebrate Christmas without Christ, exchanging gifts and enjoying

other activities, but never connecting the celebration with Jesus Christ. They’re like

people at a wedding reception who celebrate the party elatedly, but don’t even know the

bride and the groom!

Shoppers crowd the stores, but few see signs of Jesus. The old, familiar manger

scenes have been stripped off from public places. His name and message have been

banned from holiday celebrations at schools, work places and colleges even across great

known Christian nations. In certain schools we no longer hear about a Christmas break,

but a winter break. Religious beliefs are

silenced. Jesus has been set aside and

smothered with so many other things that

seem to command people’s attention duringChristmas time. The media, shopping malls

and secularizing influences who want

‘freedom’ have sought to drain Christmas

of any religious significance and some have

deliberately substituted ‘Xmas’ for

Christmas.

Many think Jesus as a super-Santa

who gives gifts all they want but do not have

any relationship with Jesus or His teachings.

Be watchful that we set our minds on divine

things and not on human (Matthew 16:23).

For those who have the real Christmas spirit,

one could remove the trees, lights, presents,

food, gifts and music and their joy would

still be intact! That’s because they know that

they are celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ-

who emptied himself, taking the form of a

slave, being born in human likeness

(Philippians 2:7) and they have a personal

relationship and love with Him.

“Let us run with perseverance the

race that is set before us, looking to Jesus the

pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for

the sake of the joy that was set before him

endured the cross, disregarding its shame,

and has taken his seat at the right hand of

the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:1, 2)

In opposition to Jesus’ own words

to “Let your light shine before others,” someChristians are becoming silent and they hide

their faith under baskets (Matthew 5:13-16).

Unfortunately Christ has been removed

from many known Christian schools,

society and gradually from family and from

themselves and future generations.

Jesus said it was harvest time, and

harvest means ready. The world desperately




needs the Lord (though they may be not

aware of it). God wants us to be- “Children

of God without fault in a crooked and

depraved generation, in which you shine like

stars in the universe, as you hold out the

Word of life” (Phili 2:15-16 ). One may feellonely sometimes, may get discouraged;

maybe sometimes you’re tempted just to fit

in. But in a room where there’s one candle

burning, if that candle goes out, it is

absolutely dark. You are a life that matters;

you are important; you are the voice, the

hands, and the face of Jesus among people

around you. Remember, the darker it is, the

more the light matters!

Be aware that the devil likes to see us

so busy with worldliness that it keeps us

distracted from having time for the Lord

and His Kingdom. Make sure that we never

lose the real Christmas spirit - loving,

adoring, thanking and proclaiming Jesus

Christ, our Savior all through our life.

In this Christmas season whenpeople think of what best gift they can give

to their loved ones, give them the gift you’ve

kept underground too long - give them

Jesus! Give them His love, peace, joy,

compassion, comfort, care and concern.

Express our love and kindness and let’s not

be too timid to hide it from others, especially

our family members and friends.

The gift one needs most is that one

could never pay back for. The best gift we

can receive this Christmas season is ‘to have

Jesus as our own and to be His own’.

Through Him we can receive all blessings

of heaven, particularly eternal life. “The free

gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our

Lord.”(Rom 6:23)

The day Jesus was born was the day

which made Satan tremble-- the day where

we see the first hint of the Promise of

redemption given to Adam and Eve and

hence to the whole human race being fulfilled

-”I will put enmity between you (Ancient Serpent) and the woman (Mother Mary),

and between your offspring and hers (Jesus

Christ); she will strike your head, and you

will strike his heel.”(Genesis 3:15)

This day was the day when the great

miracle happened that the Virgin, Mary-

‘the Woman’ - gave birth to Jesus, the Son

of God (Isaiah 7:14). God became flesh and dwelled among us (John 1:14).

The birth of Jesus on earth is so real

and powerful that it split history into B.C

(Before Christ) and A.D (Anno Domini

which is translated as ‘In the year of Our

Lord).

Christmas is the day when we

celebrate the birth of Jesus, the One who

conquered sin (1 John 1:7), curses (Gal 3:13),

darkness (John 8:12), death (Heb 2:14), hell

(Rev 1:18), Satan (Luke 10:19) and the grave

(John 11:25). “The Son of God was revealed

for this purpose, to destroy the works of the

devil.”(I John 3:8). Let’s claim these words

of God in the name of Jesus (Phil 2:10, 11)

and be delivered from all satanic bondages

and be great witnesses for our Lord. “She will bear a son, and you are to

name him Jesus, for he will save his people

from their sins.”(Matthew 1:21) The very

name Jesus means ‘the Lord saves’. Through

His birth, death, descent into hell and

ascension into heaven He conquered the

enemy of men’s souls—Satan.




“On his robe and on his thigh he

has a name inscribed, “King of kings and

Lord of lords.”(Rev 19:16) “For a child

has been born for us, a son given to us;

authority rests upon his shoulders; and

he is named Wonderful Counselor,

Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince

of Peace. His authority shall grow

continually, and there shall be endless

peace for the throne of David and his

kingdom.”(Isaiah 9:6). The Messiah, the

Christ, comes with the authority to lead,

rule, and reign over all lives.

Jesus’ entrance into this world was

announced by hosts of angels praisingGod because they knew the enemy’s

kingdom was now threatened by the

presence of their Lord. “The angel said

to them, “Do not be afraid; for see—I am

bringing you good news of great joy for

all the people: to you is born this day in

the city of David a Savior, who is the

Messiah, the Lord.” (Luke 2:10, 11).

God picked some of the most unlikely,

apparently least qualified, totally ordinary

people around—the shepherds— to be the first

ones to tell the world about His Son. “When

they saw this, they made known what had been

told them about this child; and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds told

them.”(Luke 2:17, 18). They were the first to

spread the good news. God is still continuing

‘His Way’. He’s counting on ordinary folks to

tell the world about the Jesus they’ve

experienced. God is anointing ordinary people

to proclaim His Word and Power to all the

creation. (Isaiah 55:8, 9)

Certain people may never come to one

of big meetings, they may never listen to

someone they think are professional or

spiritual but they’ll listen to someone ordinary

like them- the “shepherd” who’s seen and

experienced Jesus. St. Paul says, “We are

Christ’s ambassadors” (2 Corinthians 5:20).

“But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood,

a holy nation, God’s own people, in order that you may proclaim the mighty acts of him who

called you out of darkness into his marvelous

light.” (1 Peter 2:9)

Whatever we do for a living or we go

to school or whatever, our highest calling is

that we are ambassadors for Jesus Christ. If

the people in our area are going to hear about

Jesus, it will be through us. Now our

surroundings may change and we may move,

but our responsibility doesn’t change. We are

His ambassadors wherever He puts us and we

should bear more and more fruits for His

Kingdom.

This is the season when we hear “joy to

the world”, yet some are living with the pain

of a broken relationship, or a broken dream,

or are being imprisoned in many ways.




Remember the word “The spirit of the

Lord GOD is upon me, because the LORD

has anointed me; he has sent me to bring

good news to the oppressed, to bind up the

brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the

captives, and release to the prisoners”(Isaiah 61:1). Jesus knows about a broken

heart. His relatives didn’t understand Him.

His friends weren’t there for Him when He

needed them most. The religious leaders,

the society, the whole world rejected him,

imprisoned, despised and tortured Him to

death. Most of all, He carried the entire

wounds and sins of the whole world and

was crucified for our redemption and to

give us eternal joy. Let the whole human

race receive this eternal joy gained by Jesus

Christ.

O dearest Virgin Mary, Mother of

God, help us to love, obey and proclaim

Jesus more and more and thus produce

more fruits for the glory of God.

“My eyes will flow without ceasing, without respite, until the Lord from heaven

looks down and sees.” (Lam 3:49,50)

My name is Nirmala. I had 5 cents of land of my own. A lot of disturbances

we suffered there. Our plan to build a house there also proved a failure. The place

was haunted by snakes. Hence we decided to sell the property. Everywhere wefaced numerous blocks. I requested prayer support from Marian Koodaram. Also,

many members of Spirit in Jesus were praying for me. As a result of all the prayers

the land was sold. My Lord gave me another 6 cents of land along with a concrete

house. The Lord blessed me to sell 5 cents of land and a small shed for Rs. 7,25,000

and buy 6 cents and a nice house for Rs. 7,10,000. How can I thank you Lord for

Word of God for driving out wild

animals? Yes, the Miracles in Rosary ser-

vice at Erumadu in the Nilgiri district of

Tamil Nadu on the 27th and 28th of Sep-

tember 2014 was for that purpose. Wild

elephants were disturbing that whole land

thickly inhabited by farmers.

A few months back a man was

killed by wild elephant and a woman was

caught by bear. People started agitation for

protection from wild animals and

govt.intervened. Tamed elephants were

brought to chase wild elephants back to the

forest, but the wild ones returned within a

short period. There were small areas of

govt. forest beside farmlands and that

might have been the claim of right for the

elephants to disturb humans. If they are

chased from one place they would land at

another place and cause havoc. The farm-

ers had become helpless.

It was in one of those days that we

reached Kalpetta in Wayanad District of

Kerala to take part in a betrothal. The Spirit in Jesus broth-

ers of Nilgiri district came over there and told me about the

disturbance in their areas by wild animals. They said none

other than the Lord could help them and requested me to

conduct a service in their area. With tearful eyes they shared

their painful experiences and thereupon I assured them that

we would reach Nilgiri at the earliest opportunity. That was

how the service in Nilgiri happened to be arranged. The

service already proposed for Goa was cancelled and the ser-

vice for Nilgiri was fixed and arranged at a place called

Erumadu.

In the notice published about the Miracles in Ro-

sary service, it was clearly stated that the service was in-

tended for bringing an end to the menace of wild beasts.

During the service all wild animals and the evil spirits in-

fluencing them were bound. The power of the word of God

worked miracles through the Holy Spirit in the name of

Jesus. After September 27th, not even a single elephant has

appeared in that area, as per reports from that people. Even

on the 27th, a herd of elephants were there near the house

of a brother.

I thank the Lord for bestowing his power and au-

thority upon man. To St. Peter who had discerned and de-

clared Jesus, the Lord said, “Whatever you bind

on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever

you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven’’ (Mt

16:19).

That was the greatest power given to man

by God - to bind whatever and to loose whatever.

It was the authority in the word of God that drove

away the wild elephants, in the power of the Holy

Spirit and in the name of Jesus.

After the Nilgiri services I returned home

the next day. The next day morning the phone call

I received from Surianalle in Idukki district was

as follows - three wild elephants have crossed

through our cardomom estate and have reached

the Marian Grotto at Maryland and

are standing there. During the past

forty years, wild elephants had

reached that area only once.

All attempts were made tochase them out by cracking crackers

and making noise. All proved futile.

A big crowd also reached to see the

elephants. When I knew that the el-

ephants were not bothering to return

even by the afternoon, I entered my

room to pray. One question came up

in my mind. I had gone to Nilgiri to

drive away the elephants there but why

have elephants come here? Not just

that, they have crossed through our

family cardamom estate and have

halted in front of the Marian Grotto.

There should be good reason for that.

During the prayer I discerned one

thing: these elephants have not come

on their own; they have come under

the influence of evil spirits.

It was with a weak body that I

had gone for the Nilgiri services.

There was fever and I had taken an

injection. I was too tired to hold a full

service. When a service was conducted

at any place, the dominions, forces of

darkness and evil spirits of that area

would be bound in prayer. In this ser-

vice also it was prayed accordingly.

We also pray for those who died in

sins, for their forgiveness of sins and

salvation. But in the Nilgiri

(Erumadu) services, such a prayer

could not be conducted. Due to tired-

ness several prayers happened to be




omitted, especially unbinding prayers.

Quickly I realised that the influence of

the unsaved souls had brought the el-

ephants to the front of the grotto at

Surianalle. I conveyed the matter to

Surianalle Koodaram and directed to

pray the 153 beads Rosary at the grotto

for the souls who were not saved through

the Nilgiri Services. Immediately prayers

were held at the grotto led by Thomas

brother. That evening itself the elephants

returned calmly. During the whole day-

time they were in a disturbed and agitated

state, angry and obstinate, rushing to-

wards those who cracked crackers. But

after the prayers they became calm and

went back.

The elephants went back crossing

through my farmland to the hills. Mi-

raculously, in the farmland crossed

through by three wild elephants, no harm

or destruction were made by them. They

returned, leaving behind their footprints

only, causing no ruin. I was seeing there

God’s great protection. They had come

to the grotto not through my farmland

but they returned through my farmland

which was away at some distance. I took

it as a message for me. There were many

other places suitable for the herd to stand,yet without going to any such place why

did they come and halt in front of the

grotto? Who else led the elephant to that

place other than the souls who came be-

seeching the mercy of the Mother?

In chapter 5 of St.Mark’s Gospel

we read that when Jesus cast out evil spir-

its from a man, they entered a herd of

swine and led them into the sea where they were

drowned. That was Jesus’ answer to those who

said there were no evil spirits, they were all

imaginary. When he had cast out evil sprits

from many others he had never made them

enter any medium. But here Jesus gave the herd

of legion permission to enter the herd of swine

that numbered about two thousand. Jesus was

proving that spirits are not just any illusion or

imagination but a reality.

The evil spirits cast out from Nilgiri in-

fluenced the elephants and came to Mother

Mary beseeching God’s mercy. The prayers for

them pacified them.

27th and 28th of September 2014 - Spirit in Jesus was conducting

its Miracles in Rosary service at Erumadu in Nilgiri district of Tamil Nadu.

It was September 27th - the day on which Ms.Jayalalitha, Chief Minister

of Tamil Nadu was arrested. By afternoon all shops and markets were

closed. Vehicles were blocked. There was information passing that it would

be bandh in Tamil Nadu on the next day. The organisers of the service

approached Tom brother by 4 pm and expressed their anxiety as to what

to do about the next day’s programmes.

Since Miracles in Rosary is a service that elevates Holy Mary and

since it is a plan from heaven, brother firmly believed that it would be

conducted. By 5 pm when the services were about to end, Tom brother

again came to the stage, and informed the people about the new eventuali-

ties. No bandh had been officially declared till then in Tamil Nadu, but

everybody expected a declaration by evening. Though not declared offi-

cially, it was unofficially bandh already.

Brother said since nothing was impossible

for God, we would hope in the Lord’s

power.

Believing in the power of the HolySpirit given by God, brother started his

prayers. People were praising the Lord

loudly. Strongly believing in the power and

authority of the name of Jesus, Tom

brother bound the whole of Tamil Nadu

with its problems, all the people of Tamil

Nadu, all the evil spirits that ruled the

people, besides all the political parties of

that state and the spirits of all those who

died in riots and violence. All bandhs and

hartals were bound in the name of Jesus.

“Whatever you bind on earth will

be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose

on earth will be loosed in heaven” (Mt 16:19)

- with these words of power and authority

he conducted the binding prayers.

Erumadu and nearby places were in-

creasingly facing attacks by wild elephants

and now it had become a threat to the life

and properties of the people and it was

upon their request that a prayer service was

urgently arranged. Brother had come to rout

wild elephants through prayer but satan was

trying to retaliate through banbh. All the

domains and schemes of satan were bound

by Tom brother through his prayers. He

said the next day’s services would surely be

held and invited all people to participate.

What was witnessed on that day was

a great miracle. All the violence that erupted

by noon on the day of Ms Jayalalitha’s ar-

rest came to a sudden halt. Those who set

buses on fire and spread violence in Chennai

and in different parts of the state became

calm by evening. It was at 5 pm on Septem-

ber 27th that brother prayed for the state. The

changes thereafter in the state were miracu-

lous.

There is in eveybody the attitude of

seeing only the human aspect in whatever

good that God does. There may be people

who would say that since the BJP was ruling

at the centre those concerned feared a disso-

lution of the state ministry and so no prob-

lems were created. The Jayalalitha issue was

a great emotional issue for Tamil Nadu. Her




influence over the people was so strong and

enormous. How many committed suicide ?

How many died of heart attack! More than

hundred as per party accounts itself. May

be first of its kind in the world. In such a

place as Tamil Nadu, neither the threat of

dissolution nor a threat of gunshot would

have pacified the people. Remember their

fight for a separate Tamil state in Sree

Lanka.

The Opposition could very well

utilise the opportunity to rouse violence to

disgrace the ministry and to defame

Jayalalitha. No such things happened. God

destroyed satan’s crooked tactics. The sole

reason for calmness in Tamil Nadu was

Theocracy. Theocracy means God’s rule. An

editiorial about Theocracy had already been

published in a previous issue of the ‘Holy

Queen’ (August 2013). The contents in that

editorial were being made flesh in Tamil

Nadu. Hallelujah! It was said in that edito-

rial that if justice and peace are to be fos-

tered, God’s reign should be established in

the world. We thank God for its happening

in Tamil Nadu. The Holy Spirit did what

the police or the military could not do.

The Tamil Nadu experience was un-

derlining what Tom brother had been teach-

ing - behind every ruin and collapse in man,

in the family and in the society, evil spirits

are acting, and that if they are subdued there

will be peace. Through the power of the

Holy Spirit and under the authority of the

name of Jesus, the mighty hand of the Lord

descended upon Tamil Nadu. In an earlier

issue of the malayalam magazine Tom

brother had written about his instance of

praying for Mr. Oomman Chandy, Chief

Minister of Kerala, during the solar case

days when the Kerala channels had spread that the accused Saritha would testify in

court and the Chief Minister would have to

resign. May such days be ushered in when

the iron rod of the Lord sets its rule over

political parties and unruly men. Let there

be peace all over the world.







Fifteen years back the Lord

blessed us to commence the publica-

tion of the malayalam magazine ‘Itha

Ninte Amma’, inspired by the Holy

Spirit. All through these years I have

written in it. I have heard the testimo-

nies of many who have said they have

been blessed by reading the magazine.

Here am I testifying to an instance in

the recent days wherein the magazine

proved to be a blessing in my own life.

For a few days I was staying

away from my own house, and in the

room where I stayed there were no stat-

ues or pictures of Mother Mary. Tak-

ing hold of the October issue of “IthaNinte Amma’ available in hand I

prayed, “Help me, O the Mother in

Itha Ninte Amma’’. I had been in

prayer for some hours. There was no

relief for the problems that were press-

ing me hard. It was with a torn and

aching heart that I took the magazine

in hands and prayed, looking at the

“ITHA NINTE AMMA”

a few moments the problem that was press-

ing me left me. I was really surprised. I tes-

tify that it was the presence of Mother Mary

and Holy Spirit which was filled in that

magazine that blessed me.

In that experience I held up the

magazine in my hands and prayed for sev-

eral other matters. Miraculous intervention

of God in each matter was experienced by

me.

Recently I happened to hear the tes-

timony of a lady from the Hindu faith.

Somebody gave her a copy of “Itha NinteAmma” and as soon as she read it she expe-

rienced great faith and love of God. She

knew nothing about Jesus, but through “Itha

Ninte Amma” she came to the Christian

faith and received it.

There is also the instance of one

Gujarathi woman who used to place copies

of the magazine in each room of her house,

though the language was unknown to her. I

remember her testifying that her family re-

ceived great blessings through that act. May

the magazine be a cause and source of bless-

ing to all those who read it, to all families,

lands, nations and continents to where it is

brought in. May the world be equally blessed

through the “Holy Queen” and “Itho Unn

Thai” magazines also. Amen.

When Lazarus was ill Jesus did not visit him. Mary and Martha pleaded

with Him to come and see their brother Lazarus when he was on his deathbed. But

Jesus did’nt come. Why did not Jesus come? We have the answer in Jesus’ own

words, “ Then Jesus told them plainly, “Lazarus is dead. For your sake I am glad I

was not there, so that you may believe” (Jn 11:14-15)

“How great is the mercy of the Lord, and his forgiveness for those who returnto him!’’(Sir 17:29)

I was suffering from severe back pain for the last 27 years. Though I had

participated in many charismatic retreats there was no solace at all. While participating

in a Spirit in Jesus retreat conducted in September 2014, the good Lord gave me the

grace of forgiveness. As I prayed forgiving others, the pain vanished in the name of

Jesus and I am healed. Thank you Jesus, Praise you Jesus.

May be similar things might have

occurred in your life also. The Lord might

not have answered you when you thought

you needed Him most. Was your trust in

God dented? Were you despaired? The Lord

is telling you the very same words spoken to

Martha and Mary: “For your sake I am glad

that I was not there, so that you may

believe.” The Lord knows that you have to

experience the glory of God in this manner.

Let us see what the Word of God

says . Jesus loved Martha, Mary and their

brother Lazarus. Yet He did not deem it

necessary to go to Bethania when He heard

of Lazarus’ illness. Jesus spent two days

longer at the place where He was. “But when

Jesus heard it, he said, “This illness does not

lead to death; rather it is for God’s glory, so

that the Son of God may be glorified

through it.”(Jn 11:4)

You may recollect the periods when things

prayed for were granted by the Lord

immediately. Your illnesses were cured. You

were experiencing prosperity. You passed the

selection tests and were cleared by the

interview boards. You got the job you

wanted most. Properties and houses came

into your possession . Marital alliances of

your choice were woven.There you

discerned the hands of the Lord who

answered your prayers and blessed you

bountifully . God our Lord was glorified in

all these instances. You were blessed and you

thanked the Lord in your heart. You testified

at several places. Then you forgot them.

Today you have reached a situation wherein

you even wonder whether there is a God.

Was God glorified actually? Is not the

answer in the negative?

When God’s deeds are revealed in

you and your life, the Son of God shall have

to be glorified which means your faith in

Lord Jesus has to become LIVING FAITH

. Such faith shall have to be of a magnitude

enormous enough to lead you to eternal life.

Both Christians and Gentiles who arewitnesses to your faith will thereby be led to

faith in Jesus and to eternal salvation. The

blessings that you received from the Lord

thus must lead to the deliverance of many

(both the living and the dead) and for the

greater glorification of God. We therefore

shall pray for the glory of God to be

revealed.

We know that nothing is impossible

with God . We pray to God to come into

our lives and our necessities. Martha the

sister of Lazarus also prayed in the same

way. “Lord, if you had been here my brother

would not have died”. Jesus shed tears for

Lazarus and his sisters Martha and Mary.

He loves us also . He therefore understands

our anguishes and pains. So our heartburns

and anguishes shall also be transformed into

the greater glory of the Lord.

We shall wait patiently .We shall

submit our prayers and await on Him to see

His glory descend and for it to be proclaimed

the world over. HALLELUJAH!

Vatican : Pope Francis canonised an

Indian priest and an Indian Carmelite nun

on Sunday the 23rd of November , along

with four other Italian blesseds.

The Pope told the crowds in St Peter’sSquare that the new saints “responded with

extraordinary creativity to the

commandment of love of God and

neighbour.”

He added: “Their preference for the

smallest and poorest was the reflection and

measure of their unconditional love of

God.”

He went on to add: “In the twilight of

life we will be judged on our love for,

closeness to and tenderness towards our

brothers and sisters. Upon this will depend

our entry into, or exclusion from, the

kingdom of God: our belonging to the one

side or the other. Through his victory, Jesus

has opened to us his kingdom. But it is for

us to enter into it, beginning with our lifenow, by being close in concrete ways to our

brothers and sisters who ask for bread,

clothing, acceptance, solidarity. If we truly

love them, we will be willing to share with

them what is most precious to us, Jesus

himself and his Gospel.”

The canonisation Mass largely followed

the post-conciliar rite of canonisation

introduced by Pope Paul VI, rather than the

rite Benedict XVI introduced two years ago,

which was based on the rite used during PiusXII’s reign.

Among the new saints are an Indian

priest and social reformer, a Keralite mystic

nun, the former Bishop of Vicenza and three

members of the Franciscan order.

The six saints are: St Giovanni Antonio

Farina (1803-1888), an Italian bishop who

founded the Institute of the Sisters Teachers

of Saint Dorothy, Daughters of the Sacred

Hearts; St Kuriakose Elias Chavara (1805-

1871), a Syro-Malabar priest in India who

founded the Carmelites of Mary

Immaculate; St Ludovico of Casoria (1814-

1885), an Italian Franciscan priest who

founded the Gray Sisters of St. Elizabeth;

St Nicola Saggio (Nicola da Longobardi,

1650-1709), an Italian oblate of the Orderof Minims; St Euphrasia Eluvathingal

(1877-1952), an Indian Carmelite of the

Syro-Malabar Church; and St Amato

Ronconi (1238-1304), a Third Order

Franciscan who founded a hospital for poor

pilgrims.

Vatican lifts ban on married priestsamong Eastern Catholic churches in

diasporaThe Vatican has lifted its ban on the

ordination of married men to the priesthood

in Eastern Catholic churches outside their

traditional territories, including in the

United States, Canada and Australia.

Pope Francis approved lifting the ban,

also doing away with the provision that, in

exceptional cases, Eastern Catholic bishops




in the diaspora could receive Vatican

approval to ordain married men. In recent

years, however, some Eastern Catholic

bishops went ahead with such ordinations

discreetly without Vatican approval.

It is understood that the ban was never

applied in Europe.

Cardinal Leonardo Sandri, prefect of

the Congregation for the Eastern Churches,signed the decree in June. It was published

later online in the Acta Apostolicae Sedis,

the official periodical through which

Vatican laws and decisions are published.

The new law says the Pope concedes to

Eastern Catholic bishops outside their

traditional territory the faculties to “allow

pastoral service of Eastern married clergy”

and “to ordain Eastern married candidates”in their eparchies or dioceses, although they

must inform the local Latin-rite bishop in

writing “in order to have his opinion and

any relevant information”.

“We are overjoyed with the lifting of the

ban,” Melkite Bishop Nicholas Samra of

Newton, Massachusetts, told the American

Catholic News Service.

Cardinal urges Pope Francis to take

hot-button issues off table for next family synod

Catholic Herald : Cardinal Raymond Burke

has urged Pope Francis to take the issues of

Communion for the divorced and

remarried, cohabitation and same-sex

marriage “off the table” for next year’s

Synod of Bishops.

Addressing more than 300 delegates at a family and marriage conference, organised

by Catholic Voice, in Limerick on November

15, the American cardinal said these issues

had distracted the work of the synod in its

first session in October.

Warning that Satan was sowing

confusion and error about matrimony, the

cardinal patron of the Knights of Malta

said, “Even within the church there are those

who would obscure the truth of the

indissolubility of marriage in the name of

mercy.”

The 66-year-old former archbishop of

St Louis instead recommended that next

year’s synod devote itself to promoting the

church’s teaching on marriage.

Cardinal Burke also ruled out any easingof the restriction on Communion for those

divorced and remarried without an

annulment of their original marriage.

“I fail to be able to comprehend how —

if marriage is indissoluble and someone is

living in a state contradicting this

indissolubility of marriage — the person can

be admitted to holy Communion,” he said.

He urged the Catholic faithful to write

to Pope Francis and Vatican and Irish

church officials to make their views known.

Lashing out at the “so-called

contraceptive mentality,” he warned it was

“anti-life” and blamed it for “the

devastation that is daily wrought in our

world by the multi-million dollar industry

of pornography” and the “incredibly




aggressive homosexual agenda,” which he

claimed could only result in “the profound

unhappiness and even despair of thoseaffected by it.”

Cardinal Burke said he was reduced to

tears by attempts to introduce “so-called

gender theory” into schools.

He warned that such theory was

“iniquitous” and that exposing children to

such “corrupt thinking” could not be

permitted.

He said “society has gone even further

in its affront to God and his law by claiming

the name of marriage for liaisons between

persons of the same sex.”

To applause, the cardinal said he

refused to use the term traditional marriage

for the marriage of a man and a woman.

“My response is — is there any other

kind of marriage? I fear that by using that terminology we give the impression that we

think that there are other kinds of marriage;

well, we don’t.”

Seal of confession is absolute, evenafter penitent dies, officials say

Catholic News Service: The secrecy of

a confession is maintained so seriously and

completely by the Catholic Church that a

priest would be excommunicated for

revealing the contents of a confession when

ordered to testify by a court or even after

the penitent dies, leading Vatican officials

have said.

Mgr Krzysztof Nykiel, regent of the

Apostolic Penitentiary, a Vatican court

dealing with matters of conscience, said:

“No confessor can be dispensed from it, even

if he would want to reveal the contents of a

confession in order to prevent a serious and imminent evil.”

The penitentiary sponsored a

conference at the Vatican from November

12-13 on “the confessional seal and pastoral

privacy”.

According to the Vatican newspaper,

L’Osservatore Romano, conference

participants heard that since the Fourth

Lateran Council in 1215 spelled out the

penalties in church law for violating the

secret of the confessional, “the discipline of

the church in this matter has remained

substantially the same,” with the exception

of additional protections.

One of those additions, the newspaper

said, was a 1988 Church law explicitly

stating that using an “electronic apparatus”to record, broadcast or otherwise share the

contents of a confession also is an

excommunicable offense.

Cardinal Mauro Piacenza, head of the

Apostolic Penitentiary, told conference

participants that the seal is intended to

protect the most intimate part of the human

person, “that is, to safeguard the presence

of God within each man”. The effect of thesecret, he said, is that it also protects a

person’s reputation and right to privacy.

The confessional seal, Mgr. Nykiel said,

“is binding not only on the confessor, but

also on the interpreter, if present, and

anyone who in any way, even casually,

comes to know of the sins confessed.”

seriously that it forbids, on the pain of

excommunication, a priest from testifying

in court about what he heard in the

confessional, “even if the penitent requests”

he testify.

Not even the death of the penitent can

absolve the confessor from the obligation to

Invisible shield found thousands ofmiles above Earth blocks ‘killerelectrons’

A team led by the University of

Colorado Boulder has discovered an invisible

shield some 7,200 miles above Earth that

blocks so-called “killer electrons,” which

whip around the planet at near-light speed

and have been known to threaten astronauts,

fry satellites and degrade space systems

during intense solar storms.

The barrier to the particle motion wasdiscovered in the Van Allen radiation belts,

two doughnut-shaped rings above Earth that

are filled with high-energy electrons and

protons, said Distinguished Professor Daniel

Baker, director of CU-Boulder’s Laboratory

for Atmospheric and Space Physics (LASP).

Held in place by Earth’s magnetic field, the

Van Allen radiation belts periodically swell

and shrink in response to incoming energydisturbances from the sun.

As the first significant discovery of the

space age, the Van Allen radiation belts were

detected in 1958 by Professor James Van

Allen and his team at the University of Iowa

and were found to be composed of an inner

and outer belt extending up to 25,000 miles

received his doctorate under Van Allen —

led a team that used the twin Van Allen

Probes launched by NASA in 2012 to

discover a third, transient “storage ring”

between the inner and outer Van Allenradiation belts that seems to come and go

with the intensity of space weather.

The latest mystery revolves around an

“extremely sharp” boundary at the inner

edge of the outer belt at roughly 7,200 miles

in altitude that appears to block the ultrafast

electrons from breeching the shield and

moving deeper towards Earth’s atmosphere.

New way of measuring distances to

galaxies

Scientists have developed a new way of

measuring precise distances to galaxies tens

of millions of light years away, using the

W. M. Keck Observatory near the summit

of Mauna Kea in Hawaii. The method issimilar to what land surveyors use on Earth,

by measuring the physical and angular, or

‘apparent’, size of a standard ruler in the

galaxy, to calibrate the distance from this

information.

The research, which is published in the

journal Nature,was used to identify the

accurate distance of the nearby NGC4151

galaxy, which wasn’t previously available.The galaxy NGC 4151 is important for

accurately measuring black hole masses.

Recently reported distances range from

4 to 29 megaparsecs, but using this new

method the researchers calculated the

distance of 19 megaparsecs to the

supermassive black hole.
