HONORING OLV VETERANS On the weekend of November 9/10, Father Gregg, the Knights of Columbus, and the OLV parish community
will once again honor all OLV living veterans at all Masses. In addition to Priest’s blessing at all Masses,
there will be a Pancake Breakfast after the 8:00 and 10:00am Masses in honor of the veterans, a 10:00am Mass Intention and a Knight’s Honor Guard
on Sunday, November 10th . Additionally, there will be a uniform display in the
Narthex all weekend, and all OLV veterans’ names will be listed in the bulletin. All OLV living veterans are requested to provide their Name, Rank, and Branch of Service
to Robert Young, [email protected], or 970-716-7208, no later than October 27, 2019.
OLV Giving Tree The office is now accepting names of
families that are in need of assistance for Christmas. If you as a registered parishioner of
OLV, or a family you know, are struggling and in need of help with presents for Christmas, please
contact Ella Kaiser at ella@ourladyof thevalley.net All requests for assistance must be turned in to the
office by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, Nov 4th.
Annual Seminaries’ Appeal Nov 2nd and 3rd
All Catholics of our Archdiocese are being asked to support the Annual Seminaries’ Appeal. Your gift will serve
as a genuine act of gratitude for today’s priests, while also encouraging our seminarians in their daily growth to the
priesthood.

Mercy! Some of the projects they complete are, A Water Bottle Project for the Thirsty, Warm Socks for the Homeless, Fleece Blanket Project, Assisted Living Project, Police Appreciation Project and a Project for Kids who have Cancer. Please take a

After All Masses in the Narthex Help decorate our church for Christmas by purchasing a
poinsettia in memory or honor of a loved one. Youth Group will be selling them for $20. The proceeds offset costs for youth
