20 Years and Still Going Strong
From Yesterday To Today
• Heat website can be an effective tool to communicate with your team and
also the rest of the Heat.
• Unlike the recreation league, the Heat organization will not be creating your
game schedule. Instead this is left to the coach, but is trivial to complete.
• The Heat appreciates if you minimally enter in your games and game results
in the website for others to track your progress during your season.
• In addition, you can use the site to announce practices, snack schedules and
provide pictures and videos of your travel ball experiences.

Private – No one can see my info
Roster – My team can see my info
Public – Everyone can see my info.
Setting SMS Text Service provides for
text messaging.
Games/Practices reminders will be
sent via email/text messaging.
The coach doesn’t need to
take action here, but this
background info could
prove helpful in the event
a parent isn’t getting
emails or text messages.

team menu on the homepage

Userid is your
email address. If
you forget your
password, simply
