Set in the center of the community and flanked by the two magnificent heritage oak trees from which we

derived our name, Twin Oaks Club is the tastefully designed, carefully crafted heartbeat of the community. The

clubhouse includes a spacious indoor fitness facility and relaxation areas, plus ample covered patio seating

along with a resort-style pool, bocce courts, and even pickleball. Inspired by the architecture of the region and

built at just the right scale for the community, Twin Oaks Club will feel like an extension of every home.

The architects from William Hezmalhalch Architects, Inc. took inspiration from the buildings of Hollister,

and used those forms and shapes to make Twin Oaks Club feel both “of the place” and completely in

line with the style of today. Metal accents complement wood beams to create striking front, rear, and

side elevations.

Twin Oaks is the vision of Marty Miller, a resident of Cupertino, and the patriarch of the family-owned company based in the Bay Area.

For more than two decades, he and his family have worked hard to bring this project to life, and they continue to oversee every detail of planning, design, and construction.

In bringing Twin Oaks to life, founder Marty Miller and his team have

spent countless hours talking with residents of both the South Bay and
