Verandering van denken (bv over Nederland..) gebeurt door:

• Een geplande, centraal aangestuurde strategie• Ongeplande samenlopen van omstandigheden• Het samenspel tussen ambitie, omstandigheden en zelforganisatie van

mensen in de high tech sector en overheid, • georganiseerd in interactie

Ambitie Kabinets-bedrijvenbeleid

Nederland moet dè plek zijn:

- waar ondernemers groeien en vernieuwen,- waar kennis stroomt,- waar duurzame oplossingen worden ontwikkeld- springplank naar Europa en de wereld

Daarom is er:

- Meer ruimte voor ondernemers, minder specifieke subsidies en - meer lastenverlichting- Sectorale aanpak met vraagsturing vanuit bedrijfsleven en

kennisinstelling

Doelstelling Topteam HTSM

• Nederland in top 5 kenniseconomieën • R&D-inspanningen naar 2,5% BBP • Topconsortia (publiek-privaat) voor Kennis & Innovatie, met tenminste

40% financiering door bedrijfsleven

En:• Nederland moet binnen een paar jaar in bepaalde doellanden genoemd

worden in de top 5 van landen op gebied van high tech

Op welke wijze Holland High Tech positioneren?

Bewijsvoering:

• Voorbeeldverhalen tonen dat de Nederlandse HTSM sector een significante bijdrage levert aan maatschappelijke problemen van deze tijd

• d.m.v. oplossingen op basis van (cross-overs van) technologieën.

• Doelgroep: Allen die Nederland als High Tech land positioneren

• Binnenland: Bedrijven, kennisinstellingen, regio’s, landelijke overheid, branche verenigingen

• Buitenland: ambassadeurs, TWA’s, etc

Op welke wijze Holland High Tech positioneren?• Kantelen van het verhaal. Een nieuwe manier bedenken en uitvoeren om

internationaal over de kracht van Holland High Tech te vertellen• De hele high tech sector anders helpen denken en spreken• Bruggen bouwen: • high tech bedrijven• branche organisaties zoals FME, en Point One, NLR etc• overheid, ministerie EL&I• kennisinstellingen en instituten

Dragers vinden: relatie bouwen met de Holland Branding vam AgentschapNL

Spannend. Gunnen zij topteams de ruimte? Terwijl allen werken aan hun

eigen bestaansrecht?

• Teveel hooi op de vork. Topteamleden hebben het druk met eigen

business• Veel initiatieven uit het veld worden opeens onder het mom van ‘goed

voor het topteam’ geschaard• Ideeen worden in splendid isolation bedacht, en bedrijven moeten het

maar uitvoeren• Je wordt organisatieburo voor bv journalistenreizen uit Frankrijk ea• Overheid ziet bedrijfsleven als trekker• Branche organisaties willen niet als uitvoerders in worden gezet

Dus: de lead houden + inspireren + in vertrouwen loslaten !
