Holiday COCkTAILS

FEELS LIkE THE HOLIDAYS½ oz. Absolut Vodka ½ oz. Jacquin’s Grenadine3 ½ oz. Moët & Chandon Impérial Champagne

Stir vodka and grenadine with ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Champagne.

kAHLúA PEPPERmINT PATTIE1 oz. Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur 1.5 oz. DeKuyper Peppermint Schnapps3 oz. half and halfSplash club soda

Pour Kahlúa and peppermint schnapps into old-fashioned cocktail glass over ice, add half and half, and top with club soda. Stir with a straw.

POINSETTIA 1/2 oz. Cointreau or triple sec3 oz. cranberry juiceMartini & Rossi Asti

Chill all of the ingredients. Pour the Cointreau and cranberry juice into a chilled Champagne flute. Stir well. Top with Martini & Rossi Asti.

BACARDI “EGG NOG” PUNCH3 parts Bacardi Gold or Select Rum5 parts half and half½ part sugar½ part vanilla extractNutmeg

Shake all the ingredients with crushed ice and then strain into mugs. Sprinkle nutmeg on each serving.

HOT CHOCOLATE AND WHIPPED CREAm1 ½ oz. Pinnacle Whipped Vodka Hot chocolateWhipped cream

Pour vodka into a mug, then fill mug with hot chocolate. Top with dollop of whipped cream.

HOLIDAY FLOAT 2 scoops vanilla ice cream2 oz. Pinnacle Whipped Vodka1 oz. Blackmaker Root Beer Liqueur2 oz. milk

Scoop ice cream into tall glass. Top with remaining ingredients and stir with straw.

TANqUERAY SPICY T&T3 sprigs fresh mint 1 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin ½ oz. lime juice ½ cup ginger beer 1 oz. tonic water

Muddle mint at the bottom of a Collins glass. Add gin and lime juice and stir well. Top with ginger beer and a splash of tonic water.

NU ROC ½ part Cîroc vodka 3 parts chilled Nuvo Sparkling Liqueur

Pour vodka and Nuvo over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with lime slice.

Holiday COCkTAILS

ROSA SUNSET1 oz. orange juice1 oz. pineapple juice1 oz. CointreauRosa Regale

Pour juices and Cointreau into chilled champagne flute. Top with Rosa Regale.

BAILEYS CHERRY CAFé 1 ½ oz. Baileys Coffee Irish Cream1 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum Dash maraschino cherry juice 1 Tbls. cinnamon mixed with 1 Tbls. sugar

Dampen rim of martini glass and dip into cinnamon and sugar. Then drizzle cherry juice in the glass to layer. Shake Baileys and Captain Morgan with ice and add to glass.

kETEL ONE ORANjE FIzz1 ¼ oz. Ketel One Oranje Vodka3 oz. orange juiceClub or lemon-lime soda

Pour vodka and juice over ice in a rocks glass. Top with soda, stir, then garnish with orange slice.

CîROC RED BERRY REPARTEE 1 ½ oz. Cîroc Red Berry Vodka4 oz. Sprite1 oz. sour mix¼ oz. grenadine

Build in a rocks glass over ice. Stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge.

WHITE RUSSIAN2 oz. Vodka1 oz. Kahlúa Coffee LiqueurLight cream

Pour vodka and Kahlúa over ice cubes in an old-fashioned cocktail glass. Top with light cream.

HOT TENNESSEE TODDY2 oz. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey1 heaping tsp. honeyCinnamon stickSqueeze of fresh lemon juiceBoiling water

Combine all ingredients over ice in old-fashioned glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry and fresh orange slice.

BAILEYS CARAmEL APPLETINI1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream with a Hint of Caramel½ oz. Smirnoff Green Apple Flavored Vodka 1 slice apple

Shake Baileys and vodka with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with apple slice.
