• A $600.00 non-refundable site fee is required at the time of booking to secure event space. Events 150 people and over will require a $700.00 site fee.

• Event space time block is (6) hours this includes set-up time, additional hours may be purchased for $200.00 each additional hour.

• Final food guarantee & payment is due (3) business days prior to your event.

• Bartender Fee is $85.00 per event.

• NO outside food or alcohol is allowed to be brought into the event space due to licensing restrictions and health code regulations.
