FUN TIME1. Build 8 times table by drawing sticks {take help of page 70 of

book(OXFORD)}.

1. Make a book mark related to maths.

2. Note down five different car numbers in your notebook and solve five

questions related to them .(e.g . write those numbers in words or compare the

numbers or arrange them in ascending/descending order or write even/odd etc.)

PRACTICE TIME

1. Learn & write tables from 2 to 10

2. Do 20 sums of multiplication

ENGLISH

1. Pick up the adjectives from “The Wooden Bowl” and create a story of your own using them.Highlight the adjectives using colours afterwards.

2. Buy a CD either of “Aladdin and the magic lamp” or “The Treasure Island”. Watch and list down the characters in your notebook you have seen.

3. Imagine you have been given an opportunity to meet a celibrity. Choose celebrity of your own choice and write atleast 5 questions that you would like to ask. Paste the picture of the celebrity.

4. Create your own dictionary-Pick out the new words from the chapters you have covered so far in your course book. Arrange them in the way the words are arranged in the dictionary. Refer to a good dictionary and write the meaning of each of these words.

5. Read the newspaper daily for a week and find out 10 new words. Paste each word in your note-book and draw its related picture.

6. Create your own poem on your favourite topic of 6-8 lines and learn it to recite after holidays in your class.
