ORDER

The Board of Director’s of the Company in its 69th meeting dated 07.09.16 have passed a resolution towards the publication of the “Revised Delegation of Power“, of the Company, enclosed as Annexure-I. The “Revised Delegation of Power“, is a compilation of the various circulars and orders released by the Company from time to time and amendments in certain authorities or limits of powers. The powers delegated to various authorities are subject to following conditions:

1. The powers shall be exercised for administratively approved and technically sanctioned schemes subject to the availability of budget provisions for meeting such expenditure.

2. An approval of MD shall invariably be obtained for those powers not specifically defined in the Revised Delegation of Power.

3. The authority higher than the authority which is competent to exercise powers under the orders shall have the powers to exercise such powers, in case no specific delegation to that effect has been made.

4. In case, the designation of the post to which specific powers are delegated is changed, the powers delegated to the previous authority will continue to be exercised by the incumbent of the re-designated post.

5. The authority of Director(Technical/Commercial) shall exercise their powers as per their work distribution.

The revised authorities and or powers will supersede the delegation on the subject in force at present from the date of this order. Pending cases if any for the past period would be decided by authority as may become competent due to revised delegation.

Note: (1) If a consumer defaults in paying agreed installments (as per the undertaking) he/she shall not be entitled to avail further instalment facility till the expiry of previous installment period. 1. Purposes for which RF may be drawn and Utilized:

The Revolving Fund shall be utilised for following purposes only, subject to observance of Budget Ceiling, DoP and other applicable instructions as may be issued time to time by the Company:
