Our aim is to draw nigh to God and allow Him to come closer to us. It is to set Him as the compass of this calendar year. Giving God our minds Giving God our bodies Giving God our time Giving God our spirits Regimen (Members can consume) Meatless soups without crackers or other additives Fruit Vegetables Seafood with one meal per day Complex carbohydrates/starchy vegetables: (baked/boiled potatoes; sweet potatoes; corn; green peas; lima beans; winter squash and parsnips). Drink: Water, tea and juice

    • Chicken, turkey or other meats aside from seafood• Simple carbohydrates (sugary foods; pasta; rice,

    etc.)• Bread• Candy• Snacks• Desserts• Fried foods• Drinks:

    • Sodas• Alcohol

    Special Note:

    • During this time of consecration, there will be no TV or movies except Christian TV and news• No social media use except for

    work and HOH virtual events. Members are not to use social media outside of their work hours (if social media is being used for work purposes)• Members should reallocate this

    time to feed their spirit

  • Build Your Immune System

    • Get enough sleep and proper rest• Exercise your temple• Maximize your intake of the following:

    • Multi-vitamins• Vitamin C• Zinc• Elderberry• Echinacea• Astragalus• SBO Probiotics

    • Limit sugar intake• Wash your hands thoroughly & often• Give your stress over to the Lord
