Segment 1: The Combat Clock Footwork “Make Contact / Break Contact”Combative footwork is essential sport footwork such as football, rugby, basketball, ring kickboxing footwork and obstacle course maneuvering. Even vital ground fighting moves. There is an entire SFC manual called Make Contact/Break Contact describing and detailing basic and advanced movement drills and
skills. Exercise the material found in that book. The book is displayed at the end of this outline.
Segment 2: The Advanced Dodge/Evasion DrillVersus the ten drill attacks previously listed in Unarmed Level 2
- add evasive footwork- add blocking - add blocking and eye attacks- add blocking, eye attacks, then any more strikes- versus diagonal “X” or “V” shaped weapon attacks at your
limbs, or maybe shoulders. Retract arms, dodge body and use footwork for the total dodge
This drill continues again later in the program
Segment 3: The Level 3 Strike - The “Lead Pipe!” The Forearm Strike ModuleThe forearm strike is favored by many military, police and street survival experts. The forearms have long been nicknamed the “lead pipes” of the body. The ulna bones are thick and are not easily hurt or injured. You can use all four sides as a striking surface. The forearm strike may be delivered in a thrusting manner or a hooking manner. The forearm strike is powerful. It is hard to hurt the forearm. If you are in tight, it can become the elbow strike. If far out, it can become the hammer fist. One of the most effective forearm strikes is to the carotid arteries on the sides of the neck.

Segment 3: The Level 3 Takedown Series - The Frontal Takedowns ModuleThese are some sample takedowns of bringing the enemy “face down. There are difficulties/problems in making an enemy trip and fall completely, absolutely face-down, forward. He may fall at an angle.
Face Pull-Down TKD: From Stop 1 through Stop 5 of the Stop 6Batter the torso. Kick groin. Etc. While using a two-hand grappling grip around the neck, step back and pull the enemy face down. Some experts suggest a wavering, motion on the pull. Any appropriate follow-up. Experiment with any early, mid or late phase counters

Other levels of this unarmed course cover more important counters to ever-so-common tackles.
