■ Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of booking by paying a non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit. Failure to provide a deposit may result in the release of your booking.

■ Deposit requirements are as follows: £5 for Lunch and Afternoon Tea, £15 for Dinner or Party Night, and £25 for the New Year’s Eve Party.

■ Full payment of an event is payable no later than 1 month prior to the event date. Bookings received later than 1 month prior to the event will require full payment at the time of booking. Payment is to be paid by one member of the party, individual payments will not be accepted.

■ Final details, including final numbers, pre-orders and dietary requirements must be confirmed no later than 1 month prior to the event date.

■ Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in loss of deposits. If the hotel receives your cancellation less than 14 days prior to the date of your event, full payment will be retained.

■ Full payment is required when booking any accommodation package from this brochure. These bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

■ Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at 20% at the time of booking and are subject to alteration should the VAT rate change.
