1. What should I have open when I listen to each class? The Hub (http://www.replenishPDX.com/login)
This is where all course materials are located such as the Class Packet, handouts, and visual aids. Andrea will reference these in the classes. This is also where you download the recorded class.

b) Maestro Conference Social Webinar (http://social.maestroconference.com) When attending live calls you will also want to have a page open for Maestro Conference. If you haven’t yet logged in, you will see the “Social Webinar Login” screen wherein you put your registered email and Pin #.

3. How do I get into the Hub? a) Go to http://www.replenishPDX.com/login
b) Enter your login information. It can be found in an email with headline text:
“[HNL] (SAVE THIS EMAIL - LOGIN INFO INSIDE)”
Note: If you can't find that information, fill out "Your Email" and click the "help! I forgot my password" link. Make sure you are entering the email address with which you registered for the course.

c) Click the link for the appropriate course.

4. How do I get into the Maestro Conference? a) If this is your first class, you must register. NOTE: You only need to do this once for all of Digestive Intensive. If you’ve already registered, skip this part and proceed to step ‘c’ on the next page.
1. Go to the Hub for your course. (See 3. How do I get into the HUB?)
2. Navigate to where it says “If you haven’t yet registered with Maestro for the class, please click here” and click the link.
3. It will open a maestro conference page. Enter your name and email.
4. Click the "Register" button. If you’ve already registered, it will notify you and email you your login information. Check your email. Proceed to step ‘c’ on next page.

5. This next page has your Dial-in # and PIN. You will use this information
to both dial-in on your phone (or computer dialing program) and to login to the Social Webinar page.

b) Once registered, use your Dial-in Number and personalized PIN# to dial into
the call on your phone or through dialing software on your computer (Google Talk or Skype).
c) To get into the Social Webinar screen on your computer (this is in addition to your phone dial-in), go to http://social.maestroconference.com and enter your Email address and PIN.
d) Click the "LOGIN" button.

e) On the Profile Settings screen, enter at least your First Name before clicking on “Enter Conference”. No additional details are necessary.

f) The Social Webinar panel on your computer will allow you to communicate with Andrea during the call. It’s important to note that you will need to be dialed in through your phone or computer to be in class. The Social Webinar page is an extra page that will allow for an enhanced experience if you’re at your computer.

5. How do I call in?
a) Using your phone or dial-in software on your computer (Skype, Google Talk), dial your personal Dial-in #.
b) Enter your personal PIN when prompted. c) You're in!

6. How can I call for free from my computer using Google Talk (US & Canada only) or MaestroConference Webphone or Skype?
a) Go to https://mail.google.com/ and make an email account. Then complete the
steps in the picture below.

b) Join class via your Google Chrome web browser - a free alternative for those dialing in from anywhere in the world. To use the webphone:
1. Start by making sure you are using the Google Chrome browser. You might
want to download this well before your event - e.g. the day before.
2. Go to http://maestroconference.com/webphone and enter your PIN. It looks like this:
3. You can adjust volume, mute yourself, or “raise your hand” with numbers 1-5 as usual:

Test it out before class by going to http://maestroconference.com/webphone/ and using the PIN 444666
c) You may also use Skype, if you have a Skype account. Remember to have enough credits in place if you are calling on a paid line!
