(UNAMA) has criticized Afghan security forces over air strikes

Monday.Governor’s spokesman Omar Zwak said Commander Abdul Wadoud
from Nawa district had been collecting ID cards also known as

KABUL - A suicide bomber was killed before he could reach his
target in the upscale Shahr-i-Naw neighborhood of Kabul on Mon-day,
an official said.Hashmatullah Stanikzai, Kabul police spokesman,
told Pajhwok Afghan News that the bomber wanted to detonate his
explosive jacket near a blood donation tent in Park-i-Shahar at
11:30am.But the bomber was positively identified by police and

KABUL - In an interview with Sarkhat newspa-per, Kandahar’s
powerful police commander said the recent suicide attack, which
left at least eleven children dead in Daman district of the
province, was a plot by Wali Mohammad, a member of the Gulbuddin
Hekmatyar-led Hizb-e-Islami party, who was released from jail by
the government. But Hizb-e-Islami officials have rejected the
alle-gations and said no released member of the group had returned
