How do I add files to SpiderOak Hive?

For more advanced backup, sync and sharing options, open up the SpiderOak application by clicking on the SpiderOak tray icon.For more information on the SpiderOak application, please visit https://spideroak.com or read our FAQs at https://spideroak.com/help/

Locate your SpiderOak Hive folder. On Windows it will be

located in the Documents folder.

Drag and drop any combination of files and folders into

SpiderOak Hive.

Everything you put into SpiderOak Hive will upload and sync to other devices that have the SpiderOak

application running.

Mobile Access:Open up SpiderOak on your

phone or tablet and access your SpiderOak Hive upon login.

ShareRight-click on any file in your SpiderOak Hive and select

‘Share this file’.Windows only - Mac & Linux coming very soon

What is SpiderOak Hive?SpiderOak Hive is a simple way for you to sync, share, access and backup your files from any computer or mobile device. After downloading the SpiderOak application, the SpiderOak Hive folder will appear. Any files you put in your Hive will sync across your other Hive folders on your other devices.

As a part of our overall ‘zero-knowledge’ privacy environment, any file or folder you put in SpiderOak Hive remains 100% private and visible to you and only you.
