Your store credit program consists of the store credit thresholds and earning percentages your customers can attain through buying from you, saving your credit, and combining their saved credit with that of their hive’s saved credit.

Users can add up to 5 people to their hive.

Example: Mary has $10 in store credit to the orange shirt store and so do her hivemates Anna and Luke. That brings Anna’s saved credit total to $30 and puts her in the Orange Shirt Co.’s second threshold. Based on the

program set forth by the Orange Shirt Co., Anna will earn 5% in store credit on her next purchase.

Active Customer Prospective Customer

New Customer

This plug-in phase denotes a user who currently has active credit to spend at your store. They have either made a tradeor a purchase to obtain this credit. A userapplies the amount of credit they wouldlike to use by typing it in, that amount isthen taken off the purchase total and theuser proceeds to checkout as they normallywould.

If a user does not currently have any active credit, but someone theirhive does, then the user is considered a prospective customer in your program. They have not yet made an effort to obtain any of your credit through a sale or trade, but are directly connected to users who are active customers, therefore making them a potential customer.

Non-Hive Member

When a user does not have any active credit nor have any hivemates who have active credit, they are considered a newcustomer who is not enrolled in your program. The plug-in will recognize them as a hive user and inform them of how much they would earn if they were tomake a purchase. Once they make apurchase from you, they would then haveactive credit to your store.

If someone is shopping on your siteand they are not currently a memberof Hive, or for some reason they arenot logged-in to Hive, the plug-in will allow the user to sign-in from your site.In addition, a user has the ability to sign up for Hive from the plugin.
