Who We Are Terry Lynch has performed for numerous
school, library and historical society events
nationwide for over 10 years. He has also been
a frequent contributor to the WGN Morning Show.
All programs are researched by Laura Lynch,
certified educator and member of “Who’s Who in
American Education” and “Who’s Who Among
Young American Professionals”.

Why It’s Important While we all know the importance of STEM
education, according to the latest test results
from the National Assessment of Educational
Progress (NAEP), the nation's eighth graders
have made no academic progress in U.S. history,
geography or civics since 2010 .
In civics, 51 percent of students scored
"basic”, 23 percent scored at or above
"proficient”, 2 percent scored "advanced."
Many students' scores were below even the
"basic" range.
According to the report, 29 percent of
students scored below basic levels in U. S.
history, 25 percent in geography and 26
percent in civics.

need. From “Ben Franklin” to “Tall Tales”, “Lewis

programs for every grade level.

the Midwest”, and “Hysteria in Salem”, and
Christmas programs such as “Then Legend of St.
Nicholas and “Charles Dickens, a Tale with a
