LUXURY LODGE RESTORED AFTER FIRE AND WATER DAMAGE

A small fire occurred in this historic lodge and retreat. Firefighters sprayed the needed water to contain and suppress the fire, causing substantial water damage. The vaporization of water absorbs heat and it cools smoke, air, walls, furnishings in the room, all of which are potential fuel, and thereby prevents the fire from growing. Using green, restorative in-place drying methods BALES was able to salvage the irreplaceable historical building materials and saved both time and money on this restoration project. BALES used one of its several mobile desiccant drying trailers to duct warm, high volume, dry air into the structure.
