Note Caffeine containing drinks (colas, coffee) and chocolate should be withheld for 4

to 6 hours. Smoking should be withheld for at least 2 hours. ß-blockers may exaggerate any response. Aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also be withheld for 36-

48 hrs.

Please be advised: Due to workplace health and safety and sensitivity of testing equipment only the patient will be permitted into the test room unless the patient is a minor, and can be accompanied by a parent/guardian or carer.

Please see below for a map. Allow at least 30 minutes to find a parking space.

Enter the main building, walk to the end of the corridor, through out-patients and keep going to the end. When you reach the end turn left and see the reception area.

If entering the building via Accident and Emergency take the lift to the first floor (up one level) and go through out-patients as above.
