priced from just £45 per half day and
suit a range of group sizes – from a
couple of people to a group of 80.
Meeting rooms from £15 per hour
Cinema screens from £150 per hour
Prices for screens 1 and 2 are for daytime only. Evening hires by arrangement.
Seating capacities are for theatre style and will vary according to exact set up required.

Straightforward pricingWe aim to make Phoenix hire pricing affordable and
transparent. Simply identify the price for a room which suits
your group, then add on the price of refreshments
(if required) for the number of people.
Give us a call, or send us an email – we’d welcome the
opportunity to discuss your requirements in more detail.
Food and drinks can be served in the meeting rooms, or in
our Café Bar. Our catering staff will happily create bespoke
menus to meet individual needs, dietary requirements and
budgets.

to all, with accessible toilets and washing facilities,
wheelchair access and hearing loops throughout.
