Professional networks E.g. Linkedin (Market cap $26 billion)

Focused mainly on higher income earners above $50k a year missing out high volume, lower salary jobs. Candidates are are also growing tired of unsolicited offers from these networks and will welcome our more private approach.

Job boards E.g. Monster (Market cap $555 million), Indeed.com (foundedin 2004 sold to Recruit for $1 billion)

Traditional job boards are expensive, low ROI, and rarely provide a good mobile experience.

Video interview software E.G. Hirevue ($93 million in funding rounds)

Not video-led; Candidates are invited to a video interview AFTER applying and sending a CV; saved time is very limited.

Mobile-first job apps (Jobr raised $2 million in seed funding in July 2014; Switch raised $2 million in Dec 2014, Apploi raise $7 million in Jan 2015)

Mainly focused on higher income earners; mostly use Linkedin login; none of them lead with video. Many tinder-for-jobs apps fail to save time and money for employers with limited information about candidates.

Social media networks Extremely popular; some people are networking to find interviews through introductions; social media channels do not convert well to a recruiting platform. We are supporting social media login and scraping job leads from these channels into our platform.
