May 2012 Patrika What people had to said about Indradhanush 2012

    Indian Events in Perth

  • Dear Committee Members,

    Congratulations on a wonderful program!

I have seen and participated in many community programs over the last 20

years in perth. I can say without a shadow of doubt, this was easily the best

program in terms of the organisation, the quality of items, the venue, the

sound system, the stage, lighting, coordination and presentation. Not to for-

    get the food!

I understand and appreciate that a lot of hard work, planning, diplomacy

and sensitive execution has gone into making the event a success and all of

you deserve a big round of applause.

Special mention must be made of Sandeep who assisted with the sound and

stage set up. It made the performers job a lot easier.

Please convey our thanks and congratulations to the MCs who made a diffi-

    cult job look easy.

Last but not least, well done Kaveesh. You had a difficult job, but you han-

dled it with a perfect mix of tact, assertiveness and charm.

I hope that Sameer's performance lived up to your expectations. If so, he

would love to be part of Indradhanush again.

    Thanks,

    Zaki

Message from the Consulate General of India in

    Perth

Dear Smt Ila Goel, Chairperson and Mr. Kaveesh Kumar, Secretary of

    Hindi Samaj of Western Australia

It was a real pleasure to witness a cultural bonanza INDRADHANUSH

2012 that reflected the spirit of India so well on April 21 2012. It was

memorable event and I must congratulate you Ila Ji and HSWA.

The entire programme was planned and presented with high professional

precision and care. The fact that each and every performance was enjoyed

by the audience so well is a proof of high quality. The way the importance

of learning Hindi was summarised by two members of HSWA is admira-

    ble.

The "message" at the end was touching. Kaveesh deserves a special ap-

    preciation for all his dedication.

I can fully visualise how much effort would have gone into putting to-

gether the event by each and every performer, organiser and members of

HSWA. I am sure the two young and intelligent MCs and all participants

have left a deep impression of India in the minds of all the guests.

May I request you to please convey my deep appreciation to all the partic-

    ipants and organisers.

    with best regards

    M. Subbarayudu

    Consul General of India

12 St Georges Terrace, Level 6

    Perth
