Features:

Patent glass evacuated tubes, which is focusing film vacuum tube with the length of 2.1m,re-absorbing heat

and keeping much more heat.

Using heat pipe with inner reflector technology, strengthens heat collecting, conducts heat unidirectionally, and

starts up at low temperature. There is no water in vacuum tube, no scaling or cracks.

Description:

It works very well everywhere even in the Antarctic continent. Unique UTLE vacuum tube, hot water produced freely.

Material:

Inner tank material: SUS304 stainless steel, 0.5mm in thickness

Insulation material: polyurethane foaming,50mm in thickness

Outer tank material: plastic coated galvanized steel plate,

This solar water system circulates naturally, collector and water tank is separated, and it transfers the heat absorbed

by collector to water tank through the media natural circulation, so to get hot water.

Beautiful and high quality flat plate collector,

integrates with buildings naturally and harmoniously,

free combination of safe and beautiful modular

designs, flexibly meets the various buildings and

different water demands. Aluminum alloy frame and

overall back collector are complementary and applied

to the exquisite architectural design.

High Heat Efficiency:

The blue titanium endothermic film makes a higher

heat-collecting efficiency up to over 95%. Low iron

toughened glass has the light transmission rate more

than of 92%, fully absorbs every ray of sunshine.

Unique structure, snake-type pipe and gate-type pipe

make heat-exchange and heating-up much faster.

Oxygen-free copper absorber has a quite high heat

conduction, and thickened insulation completely

saves each heat.

Excellent Quality:

Aluminum alloy frame and 3.2mm low iron toughened glass can resist typhoon, hailstone and other disastrous

climate. Super frost resisting performance can ensure it work normally even in the extremely cold area of zero below

42 degrees. Vacuum blue titanium technology perfectly combination of laser welding technology can make its life

more than 25 years.

As the main component of a solar water heater, the all

glass vacuum tube is built like a thermos bottle, with a

vacuum between the inner and outer tube. The outer

tube is transparent allowing light rays to pass through

with minimal reflection. The inner tube is coated with a

special selective coating which features excellent solar

radiation absorption and minimal emittance.

The invention of Himin ULTE (ultra low emission)

vacuum tube is an important breakthrough of world

solar technologies. These tubes feature ultra low

emission with an absorptance of 93% and an emittance

of 4%. These tubes are tested in the destructively cold

environment at the South Pole where hot water can

be still produced by UTLE tube.

Heat Pipe

Vacuum tubes absorb and convert the sunlight into heat energy which will be transferred to heat pipe by fins, and

then the medium dissipates the heat at the cooling end of the tube, exchanging heat with the medium in the inner

vessel. In this way, it heats the cool water into hot water gradually.

Dimensions and materials used in coated steel tubes can be customized.

Features:

High-temperature coating technology is a patented

process owned exclusively by Himin Solar;

Absorption and emittance are up to 95%(AM1.5) and

8% respectively. The solar selective absorbing coating

on the surface of coated steel tube can operate without

degradation at temperatures up to 300℃--350℃.

Stringent control mechanisms continuously check the

production process to guarantee both high quality and

extremely tight geometrical tolerances.

Coated Steel Tube —— Solar Absorber for CSP

Coated steel tubes are primarily used in solar thermal power generation systems; especially where light is focused

using Fresnel mirrors.

A linear Fresnel reflector power plant uses a series of long, narrow, shallow-curvature (or even flat) mirrors to focus

light onto one or more linear receivers positioned above the mirrors. On the top of the receiver a small parabolic

mirror can be attached for further focusing the light

Compared with other type of power generation, the Fresnel power generation system aims to offer lower overall

costs by sharing a receiver between several mirrors is much lower, and its service life is longer and easier to main-

tain.

Working Principle:

An array of flat, movable mirrors focus light onto

the linear receivers (coated steel tubes)

positioned above the mirrors. A heat transfer

medium is circulated through the absorber tubes

at temperatures up to 350℃ due to the high

absorptance of coatings and generates live

steam to drive the steam turbine generator of a

conventional power plant.

Energy storage technology is an important way to

solve the contradiction of energy supply and

energy consumption, greatly improving the

energy efficiency. Phase-change heat storage is

one kind of energy storage technology. It stores

heat by material phase changing, which has high

density and constant temperature changing

process, easy to match the operation system.

Basic module for project application—heat

storage ball structure is made of plastic shell and

heat storage material. The plastic shell is made of

plastic concave sphere and heat storage ball is

filled with phase change material (PCM). The

Himin Testing Center, established in Oct. 1997,

has 20 laboratories, ranking as the most

advanced and professional center in the world.

There are more than 1000 different tests

performed, over 7 times the international

requirements.

The testing involves all parts of solar water heat-

ers, solar panels, solar lamps, energy efficient

glass, etc. Destructive tests are conduced to

test lifespan and operation by simulating the

severe environment solar products may be

exposed to.

Himin Testing Center, due to its hardware and

research level, was certified by the China

National Accreditation Service for Conformity

Assessment.

The testing center also cooperates with other

testing organizations including the Thermal

Property Institute, Chinese Academy of

Sciences, and the National Rubber Research

Institute. The goal of this cooperation is to
