Himalaya Network is a profit oriented private company. Without profit we cannot run the

company. Even though except this we do different kinds of social works, like donate to

the orphan child care center and old care center, educational scholarship for needy

students. We give the priority to the disable person and other social fields. We treat

disable persons as a differently able and we give work them with good payment. We

donate to the different club who works for save environment.

Staff Facilities:

a. Medicine: We provide general medicine for our labor. If labor sick during

office hour then he will get 100% treatment from company. If labor sick out of

office hour then we will refund 50% of total bill. Annually each staff get

medical checkup.

b. We do have part time staff and whole timer staff. Part time staff will not get all

these facility but whole timer staff will get provident fund. Where each staff

saves 5% of their salary and company will add same amount. Staff can

withdraw this money when they work at least 1 year on Natural Wool House

Pvt. Ltd.

c. Nepal is a multi-cultural country but here one festival is common, which

celebrate women only. On this festival company will give one set of typical

Nepali dress to all ladies staff. This is the biggest festival celebrate by

Nepalese ladies.

d. We have a great festival held Aug/Sep. On this great festival company will pay

one month’s additional salary. This mean each staff get 13 months' salary one

the year.

e. No religion and cast discrimination among the staff.

f. Annually 18 day’s payable holiday. Staff can use or if he/she save then they

will get holiday’s payment as per their salary scale.

g. Emergency holiday and pregnancy holidays are available for women.

Pregnancy holiday is payable holiday for ladies. Pregnancy holiday will be 3

months.
