More inventory, more high-skilled job growth, and less economic and political uncertainty are still top priorities. New Listings in the Hilton Head region decreased 10.9 percent to 401. Pending Sales were down 4.9 percent to 331. Inventory levels shrank 4.0 percent to 2,687 units.

Prices weakened somewhat. The Median Sales Price decreased 9.7 percent to $249,000. Days on Market was down 11.2 percent to 108 days. Absorption rates improved as Months Supply of Inventory was down 9.0 percent to 8.6 months.
