ALL DAY RIDE TO WALHALLA Meet at St.Mark’s

car park with full tank of fuel @ 9.00am for a great day of riding

with Graeme Blood. Graeme has many years of riding experience and

road trips. He plans to take us on ‘a beautiful run to Walhalla’. Back

to Emerald about 5.00pm. (Postponed from 9th Oct, NOW 13th Nov.)

Our Sunday Ride on October 31st will be to the Upper Yarra Dam.

This is a great space so bring the family, the picnic rug , and a footy.

Hills Riders will provide

food @ $5 per head

including sausages, onions,

bread etc, plus Tea,

Coffee & Cake. If you

prefer to bring your own

there are free electric

BBQs available.

What happened on Friday nights in August?

Fridays at the Paradise Hotel were a great success with over 30 attend-

ing on some nights and everyone enjoying food, live music, and friendship.

Each night included a table vs table competition with chocolates for the

winning table group. Yum! It paid to be on Tony’s table. We also had a challenge to discuss at our

tables—‘What if it’s true that….?’. A great time was had by all as we discovered more about

ourselves and our friends. Some are continuing to meet once a week, over supper, to continue

these conversations. You are welcome to join us—contact Kyria or Wayne.

AUGUST & SEPTEMBER RIDES

It’s clear that winter sends bikers stir

crazy and we can’t wait for a fine day to

ride! 45 gathered in August to ride to

Noojee and stop at the Barn in Jindivick

for food and drink. 55 gathered for the

September ride to Hazeldene. EVERY ride

ends at Elevation in Emerald where those

who are free stop off for a final cuppa

before heading home.
