Who we are?

HILAL CONSULTANTS is an Engineering Consultant Company

located in Cairo -Egypt. HILAL CONSULTANTS can provide

several professional consultancy services necessary for the

successful accomplishment of the works for infrastructure,

commercial, industrial and residential projects. The staff of

HILAL CONSULTANTS include highly qualified engineers in

all fields of the structural engineering activities.

In addition, HILAL CONSULTANTS provides the clients with

the optimum architectural, planning interior design,

geotechnical, electromechanical and project management

services through a diverse group of professionals.

Managing Staff

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Mohamed Hilal Riad has more

than 50 years of experience in the field of

structural engineering consultancy. He received

his Ph.D. degree from Aachen, Germany in

1975 and started his practical career as a

senior design engineer at Prof. Mohamed Hilal

until 1980. In the period from 1980 to 1987,

he was a partner member of the Arab German

Office (AGO). Since 1987, he is managing his

own consulting office in Cairo, performing

structural consultancy for various projects.

Dr. Amr Mohamed Hilal Riad has 22 years of

experience. His finished his M.Sc. in

Canada,1998 and got his Ph.D. in 2002. His

experience includes both structural design and

construction supervision of towers, residential,

hotel and educational buildings. Based on his

academic back-ground in the field of

strengthening and repair works; he delivers

innovative solutions meeting the Client's

expectations.

Managing Staff

Dr. Khaled Mohamed Hilal Riad has 20 years

of experience. After receiving his Ph. D. from

Kassel, Germany in 2006, he contributed in

the design works of building structures in

addition to infrastructure projects (bridges,

tunnels). He invested his knowledge in the field

of numerical analysis in developing practical

and economical solutions for several special

structures.
