Day 1 H 10.15 Arrival of the group at Fiumicino airport. Our English speaking assistant will wait for the group at arrival's with a signboard and take you to your driver and coach. Depart for the archeogical site of Pompei, south of Naples. Stop for a light lunch along the way. Arrival in Pompei approximately h. 15.00 and meet with your private English speaking guide who will take you for a trip back to year 79 AD, when the city was frozen in time by the terrible Vesuvius eruption. The visit of Pompei gives you a unique possibility to understand how the Romans in the 1st century lived and worked.

At h 17.30 departure by private coach to Sorrento, the charming town on the Sorrentine Peninsula, famous for its location on steep cliff tops with a breathtaking view over the Bay of Naples. Here you will check in at your 4 star hotel which will be your home base for the next days. Rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 2 H 9.00 appointment with our English speaking tour leader at the hotel and at h. 9.30 departure by private coach to Termini, the starting point for our hike to Punta Campanella (496 m above sea level), a wonderful experience past towering limestone mountains and colourful wildflowers, with a breathtaking view of the gulf and over to the island of Capri.

Return to Termini and time for lunch at a local restaurant with a traditional menu with local products in season. After lunch, return to Sorrento with coach and have the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 3 H 9.00 meet your english speaking tour leader at the hotel and at h 9.30 depart by private coach to Pontone, where the group will take the hiking path of Valle delle Ferriere, known for its waterfalls and wild orchids. The landscape is unspoilt and descends into the valley with breathtaking panoramic views, through the Mediterranean forest and terraces of lemon trees and vineyards.

Arrival at Amalfi h 13.30. Lunch at a local restaurant. H 17.00 return by private coach to Sorrento, dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Sorrento.

Day 4H 8.15 meet your tour leader at the hotel and departure on foot to the harbour of Sorrento only 500 meters from the hotel. H 8.45 board the jet boat to Capri. At the arrival the group will have a minibus at disposal from the port to Anacapri where we begin the walk up to Monte Solaro (589 metres above sea level) to enjoy sweeping views of the Faraglioni Sea Stacks and the Sorrento Peninsula.

The hiking lasts 4 hours. For the downhill the group can walk or take the chair lift to Anacapri. Lunch at a local restaurant. At 16.30 pm take the jet boat back to Sorrento, walk back to the hotel, and have the rest of the evening at leisure.

Day 5H 9.00 appointment with your tour leader at the hotel and at h 9.30 depart by private coach to Bomerano for a full day excursion along the "Sentiero degli Dei" or the "Path of the Gods", a spectacular hike above the Amalfi coast, not to be missed! At h. 10.30 begin the Path of Gods from Bomerano (650 m a.s.l.) to Nocelle (420 m a.s.l.), a beautiful adventure in a landscape that is contantly changing. H 14.00 arrival at Nocelle and lunch booked in a local restaurant. After lunch, continue the walk down to the picturesque town of Positano. Free time to visit this beautiful coastal town, and at h. 19.00 pick up by coach and return to Sorrento. Rest of the evening to relax.

Day 6 Breakfast in hotel and check out, pick up by private coach at 08.00 and transfer to Fiumicino airport for your departing flight.
